In October I had a breast reduction operation arranged by A New You clinic. I attended the clinic after the surgery for changing of dressings. The nurse at A New You, Kelly was very good. She explained how to look after the operation sites and gave me spare dressings etc. The Surgeon was great, very down to Earth and approachable. He explained everything very clearly. I am really pleased I had the op it has healed well and the scars are fading. I was impressed by the care at the clinic and the friendliness of all the staff.

Carley was very welcoming and I love the quiet relaxed atmosphere. Carley took time to explain what she felt would suit my needs best, but also guided me away from some of my uninformed ideas! I loved that important aftercare information was explained by Carley and also given on a card ( otherwise I wouldn’t remember by the time I left!) Carley also offers a review of treatment after things have settled and is more than happy to give a little top-up, if either you or Carley feels that it’s wanted. Firstly, Kerry is a wonderful person. Calm, kind, knowledgeable and very personable. She explained clearly to me how she would remove the milia on my face. The procedure was very easy and quick with limited discomfort. Only 5 days later my skin is absolutely clear and the milia have disappeared. I’m amazed. Yes, you have to take care of the crusts and slight swelling after the procedure, but that is obvious. Just keep the area dry. I highly recommend Kerry and her clinic. Thank you, Kerry!
