The clinic is excellent, and the staff is outstanding! I've had the best experience in the OFF Skin and Laser Clinic, and I highly recommend their services. I did the laser hair removal treatment, and the improvement has been noticeable since the beginning. I couldn't be happier with the results! The treatment was very effective, especially considering my ingrow and stubborn hair. Also, the staff is super friendly, professional, and helpful, making you feel comfortable and welcome. I had a small mole removed from my forehead by shave excision. My experience was brilliant from start to finish. The service I received was exceptional and there is almost no mark at all where the mole was. I’m a very happy customer.

In October I had a breast reduction operation arranged by A New You clinic. I attended the clinic after the surgery for changing of dressings. The nurse at A New You, Kelly was very good. She explained how to look after the operation sites and gave me spare dressings etc. The Surgeon was great, very down to Earth and approachable. He explained everything very clearly. I am really pleased I had the op it has healed well and the scars are fading. I was impressed by the care at the clinic and the friendliness of all the staff.
