After a very negative and traumatic experience during a neck biopsy procedure in Kosovo, I was left with a severe and almost irreparable-looking scar caused by the doctors. With a short and well-planned procedure, Dr. Ercan Cihandede successfully corrected this unsightly appearance. For the neck area, where local doctors in Pristina had clearly stated, “We cannot take this risk” Dr. Cihandede gave me great confidence, and I am extremely happy that he fully lived up to that trust. We were highly satisfied not only with Dr. Ercan Cihandede but also with his nurse, Ms. Mahmure, whose care and professionalism were exceptional throughout the process. We truly feel fortunate to have met them outside of Turkey.

Great service from both Idil and Dr Cem Baysal my dentist. I had a crown fixed on all my 28 teeth and the result was absolutely astounding. The hotel was good, just a couple of paces away from the dental clinic. Idil was very helpful in rescheduling my flight back home one day later. She picked me up at the airport and dropped me off again. Dr Chem is a real gem! He works fast and diligently and you really trust in him and his experience.
