I have just completed my second surgical journey with Vanity, and I can say confidently this clinic operates at an exceptional standard. A year ago, I arrived overwhelmed and unsure who to trust. Today, I leave with results that have genuinely transformed my confidence. From the beginning, my coordinator Umut stood out. There was no pressure or exaggeration. He was steady, honest and clear. That initial authenticity made a huge difference. My first surgery was rhinoplasty and a temporal brow lift with Op. Dr. Guray Yesiladali. What sets him apart is not just technical skill, but aesthetic intelligence. He studies proportion and individuality rather than trends. I never thought I could look this pretty and still look like myself, but I trusted his judgment completely. My results are natural, balanced and refined. People tell me I look refreshed, but they cannot pinpoint what has changed. That restraint is rare. Not because you are persuaded, but because the results continue to prove themselves. Guray’s assistant, Baha, also deserves recognition. I was anxious and not always easy to manage. She remained calm, organised and professional throughout. Her steadiness mattered. I also had veneers done through Vanity. My teeth are constantly complimented, yet no one realises they are veneers. They look completely natural. Even more impressively, when I arrived, they refunded most of the money for my lower teeth because they said I did not need them done. That level of honesty is unusual and speaks volumes. Two weeks ago, I returned for body surgery with Op. Dr. Mert Sizmaz: breast lift and reconstruction, 360 liposuction, abdominoplasty and BBL. Mert is thoughtful and extremely precise. Even at ten days post-op, I look in the mirror and cannot believe this is my body. My waist, my breasts, my silhouette. I am absolutely delighted, and I know it will only improve as I heal. I came alone and underestimated how demanding recovery would be. Vanity organised for Azize to care for me in the hotel, and that support made all the difference. Healing abroad can feel vulnerable, but she made me feel safe and reassured. Burak, who performed my daily lymphatic drainage massages, was instrumental in reducing swelling and discomfort. If you are having body surgery, lymphatic drainage is essential. Beyda and Yağmur checked on me daily and monitored my healing carefully. And finally, thank you to Gozel. From start to finish, she was by my side, coordinating everything. I would not have stayed as composed without her calm support. What truly differentiates Vanity is consistency. Across coordinators, assistants, nurses and surgeons, there is a unified philosophy: patients first. The staff are highly educated, medically informed and operate with integrity. Surgery is not easy. Healing requires patience. But if you trust the team and allow them to guide you, the results speak for themselves. Vanity delivers intelligent, life-enhancing results with honesty and care. I was originally in Istanbul, Turkey because I had my rhinoplasty done. But I wanted to take advantage of getting my filler done during my trip, and I must say that Dr Çigdem was absolutely wonderful. She corrected my smile lines and was able to correct a dent I had near my bottom lip. I am in love with how she did it, very natural looking and smooth. She only did what I needed and didn’t try to sell me or my friend more, she was honest!! Once we were done (11 pm) the Dr and her assistant were very kind, they both assure us we got safely to a taxi. I am beyond pleased with the results, I would definitely visit them again when in Turkey. I never wrote reviews, but they were absolutely great all-around that I most definitely recommend them. Trust me, you guys won’t regret it! 😊

Dr. Onur and his team at GCC Gokdemir Clinic did an amazing job with my lower body lift. All the way through the surgery, postop, and all my follow-up appointments. They answer all of your questions, are quick to follow up with you after surgery if you are worried about something, and even will fit you in if needed to get something taken care of. Amazing staff and will tell everyone so. My incision looks amazing and did so just two weeks out. Beautiful work. My advice, go to them and do as they say. Also remember, you get what you pay for.
