In June 2007, he received his postgraduate Diploma in Dermatology (DPCD) from the Institute of Dermatology, Bangkok. Dr Chin is the President of the Malaysia Society of Aesthetic Medicine (MSAM), a member of the Malaysian Medical Association (MMA) and a life member of the Society of Anti-Aging, Aesthetic and Restorative Medicine Malaysia (SRAM).
