I emailed Dr. Kent on Tuesday night explaining I had a milia on my eyelid that I wanted to have removed. First thing Wednesday morning I had an email back offering me a free consultation. I contacted Dr. Kent’s secretary and made an appointment for the following Saturday. Dr. Kent was brilliant. He explained that he could not use laser to remove the milia as it was too close to my eye, and he recommended another treatment which involved micro needles which would apply an electric current. I was very happy to have the treatment as I was very self-conscious and wanted the milia gone. The treatment only took about 15 minutes and I was delighted with the result. It was painful towards the end but nothing unbearable. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent, he was polite, he explained everything to me, answered my questions and put me at ease. The surgery and waiting room were bright and spotlessly clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Kent.

I chose this Clinic on the internet. I had a very pleasant consultation with Jenny on 26 September, when she explained every aspect of my electrolysis treatment. Unfortunately, she was not available at the only time that suited me to begin treatment on 1st October. Siobhan treated me instead and she was equally pleasant and professional. The reception staff were likewise. I thought their fees were reasonable. I have another appointment for tomorrow, 7th October. So far, so good.

I loved my facial yesterday with Lena. This was my first time having a professional facial like this. I was really looking forward to it and I wasn't disappointed. I felt so relaxed during my facial. I loved the relaxing music it was lovely and I really enjoyed it when she gave me a message on my neck and back during the treatment. I would definitely book in with Lena again. Nothing was too much trouble, and aftercare amazing, would definitely give back for another procedure. The price was great too 2800e.

I cannot say enough about Dr. Sam. After years of discomfort and embarrassment due to phimosis, I finally decided to get it resolved via circumcision. Naturally, on the day of the surgery, I was quite nervous, but I had no reason to be. The procedure was 100% pain-free, and I was sitting up having coffee before I knew it! (Great coffee by the way!). I'm 2 weeks post-op, and the recovery has been a breeze. I have already recommended Dr. Sam to a few other people who are looking to have the same procedure done, and will continue to recommend him due to the amazing results and professionalism of all the staff. You've given me back my confidence, Dr. Sam, and I cannot thank you enough!
