I went to The Ailesbury Clinic after being disappointed by another high profile clinic for a sagging neckline issue. I was amazed at the first FREE consultation with a lovely registered nurse Rebecca that although I wasn't a suitable candidate for Elexis, they are so honest not money grabbers she actually brought me through to the lovely Patrick himself! he assessed me and gave me hope. Then COVID! I got a call from Ailesbury after that and went in again to see if threads would work. Elexis would have been an option with threads but I have a titanium implant in my shoulder so that ruled that out. Patrick again came in he's just so kind and genius with his time and discussed with Dr.Kielty on other options I've never seen such effort put in. When Patrick even went to dig out an older version called Polaris there was no consent form - No stopping him there .....he called me into his office and gave me the number of a specialist in this area who does Not Advertise...he turned down money said no point if it wasn't going to give me the results I wanted. This is rare in society now. I had 2 visits the staff were wonderful (thanks Marie also) and I will go back in a heartbeat as there are no gimmicks, videos or brochures promising the sun, moon and stars and would recommend them to anyone. Another fantastic surprise despite the prestige I was also amazed that the prices were within anyone's reach and some "Skin Clinics" ask more. I can see how much you really care and your success is not just down to your brilliance as an Aesthetic Doctor but Supreme Customer Service. I consulted with Dr. Bobart while working in Dublin (I'm from the States). I was having significant leg pain, cramping and swelling and have a history of blood clots. She was extremely attentive, professional, caring and competent. I followed her treatment plan which was effective. Upon return home, my leg is MUCH better and my physician here confirmed the excellence of her care and correctness of her diagnosis. I recommend her extremely highly.

I had a skin review with Sara. She was a minefield of knowledge. She genuinely wanted to help. She was able to give me a treatment plan to help give me my confidence back in my skin. I didn't once feel she was overselling which is a huge thing. She dealt directly with what she knew I needed. She was very efficient to follow up and ensure I knew I had support if I have any questions.

Had Gouri for face. My face both side lifted and V-shaped. The melasma on my face also lesser. I look 10 years younger. Hair is using ASCE + HRLV by exocobio treatment. Existing hair became lively and had volume. Can feel my hair thicken and baby hair start growing and it’s black. Eczema on my scalp also cured. Thank you Dr Juliah for both treatments. Love it 😍
