I had a gastric sleeve procedure here in 2024, and Aysha organized everything so all I had to do was pack and book my flight. She even helped me arrange the best flight times. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, professional, and friendly. I stayed in a very comfortable family room. After my surgery, I wanted to freshen up my hair, and Aysha kindly took me to a local hair salon. It was such a relief to have someone there to take care of me. From the moment I met my transfer driver, I felt at ease. They were so nice and the transfer was quick and easy. Upon arrival at the clinic, I saw my room and had a thorough discussion about everything with the staff. The doctor I met with was down-to-earth and kind, which helped me feel relaxed. I underwent all the necessary pre-surgery tests including blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound, and other checks. The next day, I had my surgery, and the nursing team provided excellent care. Aysha, the health coordinator, was always just a message away for any support I needed. My recovery was surprisingly quick. I was up and walking around, visiting the shopping centre just two days after surgery. I also had a delightful visit with the dietician, who was not only lovely but also very funny. She provided me with a comprehensive eating and self-care plan for the next year. Before leaving, I received all the medications necessary for my recovery at home and medical letters from my doctors back home. The clinic is conveniently located about an hour from Istanbul Airport, and the transfer was quick. The town itself is pleasant, and the clinic is truly 5-star — very clean, and comfortable, and my room was cleaned daily. Overall, I received 5-star accommodation and care at this clinic and would highly recommend it and the doctor if you're considering surgery. Aysha will take care of everything for you. I feel fantastic now and am looking forward to seeing the results over the next year. Thank you all so much.

Had an amazing experience from beginning to end. I felt really looked after by all of the staff. The after continued even once we were moved to a fantastic hotel. I will definitely recommend and will possibly come again for more surgery. Dr ISA was amazing and came and checked on me every morning. Dr. Yilmaz was fantastic throughout of it all and very supportive and the rest of the Coordinators spoke excellent English and was there on hand everyday. Highly recommend l

A very positive experience that I wish I had done years ago, to be honest! Nina Ord was my lovely co-ordinator. She was always very efficient and answered all my questions with quick responses right up until I travelled. I booked with BookingSurgery. I had a gastric sleeve with Dr Servet. From start to finish everything went very smoothly and as I was told it would. Transfers from and to the hospital were great. The hospital was impressive, clean and comfortable with state-of-the-art theatres. My translator Nadia was incredible. She works so hard, long unsociable hours yet always had a smile for me. Very helpful in every way and an absolute asset to the company and hospital. Suma, my private nurse was also amazing, with the loveliest bedside manner, nothing was too much trouble, kind, caring and an absolute credit to the team. Dr Servet was approachable, spoke very good English, made me feel comfortable and is such a talented surgeon. Visited every day afterwards. I found the language barrier difficult at times with some of the nurses. Would do it all again tho, that’s for sure. Definitely doable if travelling alone, which I did. Cannot fault my experience.

Very good experience. Despite my needle phobia. Everything was better than I expected. But what I appreciated the most was the no-nonsense communication. All questions answered promptly and without unnecessary diversion. The ultimate proof of my trust is convincing my wife to have the same operation as soon as her schedule allows it.

I came from Canada for a lower bleph and upon my first contact with Fatima, the coordinator, everything has been a breeze. They are super responsive, organized and take care of anything and everything. I truly enjoyed my time in Turkey and I am absolutely amazed by the results of my operation.
