I had a gastric sleeve procedure here in 2024, and Aysha organized everything so all I had to do was pack and book my flight. She even helped me arrange the best flight times. Everything was exceptionally well-organized, professional, and friendly. I stayed in a very comfortable family room. After my surgery, I wanted to freshen up my hair, and Aysha kindly took me to a local hair salon. It was such a relief to have someone there to take care of me. From the moment I met my transfer driver, I felt at ease. They were so nice and the transfer was quick and easy. Upon arrival at the clinic, I saw my room and had a thorough discussion about everything with the staff. The doctor I met with was down-to-earth and kind, which helped me feel relaxed. I underwent all the necessary pre-surgery tests including blood tests, X-rays, ultrasound, and other checks. The next day, I had my surgery, and the nursing team provided excellent care. Aysha, the health coordinator, was always just a message away for any support I needed. My recovery was surprisingly quick. I was up and walking around, visiting the shopping centre just two days after surgery. I also had a delightful visit with the dietician, who was not only lovely but also very funny. She provided me with a comprehensive eating and self-care plan for the next year. Before leaving, I received all the medications necessary for my recovery at home and medical letters from my doctors back home. The clinic is conveniently located about an hour from Istanbul Airport, and the transfer was quick. The town itself is pleasant, and the clinic is truly 5-star — very clean, and comfortable, and my room was cleaned daily. Overall, I received 5-star accommodation and care at this clinic and would highly recommend it and the doctor if you're considering surgery. Aysha will take care of everything for you. I feel fantastic now and am looking forward to seeing the results over the next year. Thank you all so much.

Flew from England on Friday and got picked up by Yilamaz. He sent over videos and pics with directions to the airport where he came to pick me up, very happy as the airport is huge. Got to the hospital where the staff did all my checks pre op and was very attentive. I woke in the morning for the op, a lot of pain after the op but the hospital staff, Dr Kasen ,Abdullah and Yilamaz came but a few times a day to check on me. After 3 nights went to the hotel, had comfortable stay. Dr Kasen , Abdullah and Yilamaz have been there,any time to answer any questions or concerns throughout the days and have helped me with anything else that I have needed during my stay. Very attentive and will definitely recommend them in the future.

Thank for the support. Also, Optimed has the best professors, staff, nurses, office staff, driver, housecleaners, accountants, language interpreters, etc. Worth every euro; it is spent. I highly recommend it to anyone. No one can experience it if they have not been there.
