I was diagnosed with diabetes for more than 8 years. I suffered from a lot of symptoms related to Diabetes such as feeling thirsty, getting tired quickly. I heard that there is a surgery option in Turkey to get rid of diabetes. I made my research and decided to come to Turkey and have my surgery done on the 8th of August.

Diabetes Surgery (Ileal Interposition) is a digestive system surgery that provides the rearrangement of metabolism. This surgery is the type of surgery that controls Type 2 diabetes and is applied laparoscopically. In other words, it is a surgical method that controls blood sugar without using medicines.

Basically ,diabetes surgery (Ileal Interposition) is the displacement of the lower part of the small intestine and the initial part. The main target of this process is to increase the secretion of a hormone called GLP-1 from the small intestine.
