I highly recommend Dr Ravi Rao. I am 3 months post-op (gastric sleeve) and feel amazing, just over 22kg down. Ravi provided information on all aspects from being overweight to the weight loss surgery process and deciding what procedure was right for me. He is a very straight talker and doesn't sugarcoat anything, you have to want the results to get them and be committed to doing the work. I had only two days where I felt I was 'recovering' from the operation and was back to my normal day-to-day activities after that, with no painkillers, very minimal pain and just following the instructions given. Now I'm at the gym for 5 days and active recovery for 2 days and feel amazing, it's what I wanted to do before losing the weight but couldn't. If you're thinking of doing this you couldn't find a better Surgeon.

I came to an instant laser clinic as a last resort. I had severe plantar warts on my heal. About 35 warts in one spot on the heel. I had roughly 5 treatments, once a month. I had laser at other places however the laser was dialled up for my condition at an instant laser clinic. The clinician said to me, “we will get rid of all them, we may need to hit them harder, but it will be a successful result”. The end result was a perfect heel.
