I was booked in with Andrea to have my balloon inserted. Unfortunately, I couldn’t make my appointment as my husband had to have emergency surgery and couldn’t fly from NZ to Malaysia. This aside I have found Andrea and her team absolutely wonderful to deal with. I felt completely supported as I prepared for my journey. The Pre and Post OP care has been unmatchable. In contrast to other doctors, Dr. Sohaib wanted to make sure that I understood every aspect of the procedure and was at ease prior to the operation. Additionally, he gave me advice on how to properly care for myself after surgery and answered all of my questions. Following surgery, he keeps in touch with the patients to check in on how they are doing. He doesn't put his patients at undue financial strain by scheduling unnecessary appointments.
