I visited Julie in desperation to help me with my cluster headaches. Never did I know how rare, complicated and severe the condition was before I was diagnosed. The doctors couldn't even help but the neurologists could only help manage my attacks. Just 3 sessions of acupuncture and herbal medicine have improved my condition by 80%. Electro-Acupuncture from £40
In 1934, a book was published in China in the use of electro-acupuncture using direct current onto acupuncture needles. By the late 1950’s, electro-acupuncture was being used in Chinese hospitals as surgical anaesthesia. There has been much research involving electro-acupuncture in the last 20 years in China but also in the west. The modern electro-acupuncture machines are quite small and use batteries as their power source. Small clips attached to wires interlink from the machine to the inserted acupuncture needles. Then a current is activated and the patient feels what has been described as a mild thumping pulse or a feeling of a wave, almost like the skin is being stroked with a feather. One condition that it is being used for more and more is for stroke rehabilitation.Other uses include:Sports injuries, Immune disorders, Asthma, Bell’s palsy,Cancer,Allergies,Eczema,Psoriasis, Viral infections such as herpes zoster,Induction of labor,Ovulation and fertility enhancement, Menopause, Irritable bowel,Cholecystitis etc.

Andrea was very professional with lots of questions and valuations and then proceeded to explain what could be done what was involved and explain the pluses and minuses. When  used as part of an acupuncture treatment so no extra charge. Used to support body acupuncture and after care in the form of acupressure and ear seeds. Can be provided as a stand alone treatment as well. 
Acupuncture Treatment £60 - £65
Traditional acupuncture treatment for a range of health conditions  and health needs.  First appointment includes detailed consultation and treatment, lasts  up to 1.5 hours and costs £55. Subsequent appointments last up to 1 hour and cost £45 per session. 
Fertility Acupuncture £60 - £65
Specialist area in my practice.  Suitable for women/couples who would like to have babies; naturally or with the ART/IVF and other assisted methods. Also work with women who suffer from recurrent miscarriages and other fertility challenges. Also carry out acupuncture inductions upon approval from consultant/Midwife.
