This is the second time I have been to Tim for treatment. Twice, because I knew from the first visit, that he would help me work through my pain and restrictive movement of a frozen shoulder, and I would have quick and effective results. On recommendation I first visited Melanie in 2018 with excruciating pain in my back. Melanie was so careful with me sending me straight for an x-ray which made me feel how thorough and careful Melanie was before treating me. Melanie explained the problem and was able to show me from my x-ray which was more helpful than any other back specialists I's seen over the years. My back became stronger and I was given good advice throughout. You are in safe hands when you visit Melanie. Her knowledge, professionalism and dedication in what she does is second to none. Having a weak back since I was a child when it becomes troublesome I'm straight back to Melanie. Thank you for always putting me back together again Melanie!

I've suffered with tinnitus for three years. I had my first appointment with Nick Careswell today and it went really well. I have another appointment next week. I can't say how well the treatment went because its still early days, but my experience with Nick was really positive.

Contacted Physio Pattern - great service - booked in for the following day. Christos was very attentive and helpful -we were really pleased with how the session went. Epley Manoeuvre was performed and improvements followed. After a couple of weeks - vertigo and dizziness were no longer a problem. Thank you, Christos.

My first visit to the Norwich Osteopathic Clinic and I felt that the precautions taken with regard to Covid were first class. Treatment was also excellent with Jimmy taking great care to limit any discomfort from which I was suffering as he carefully assessed and treated my lower back pain. I came to Hua for accupuncture because she helped me a few years back when I couldn't stand straight after accident to my back. Nothing helped only Hua with accupuncture. After I had 6 sessions I was standing straight and free of pain. It seemed like a miracle. I was recommended accupuncture as the only solution and was I glad I did. Hua was amazing and I've chosen more accupuncture years later for various aches and pains. Very good value. Thank you Hua from the bottom of my heart!

I was a bit wary because of the two sets of stairs to climb. Great to do and had no problem. Becky is delightful and friendly. She explains everything logically and precisely. And, best of all, it didn’t hurt at all. Today’s was my second treatment and the results are promising.

I tried acupuncture for a recent back spasm. Vicki Evans was great, checking in with me each time a needle was inserted. Initial reaction to treatment has been positive, back has eased somewhat.
