I've known Sarah since 2015 when she visited my wife at home. Sarah was always punctual. Was not an easy task for Sarah to do but she was so kind, understanding, patient and so professional throughout and even though my wife was terminally ill Sarah never gave up on her, kind and professional all the time. It was because I remembered how impressed I was with Sarah that when I was in trouble with my neck, back, shoulders and chest, she was my first choice. Was nice that she remembered my wife and we still talk of her even now. Sarah set out a programme of treatment and exercises, intensive to start but then easing as things improved. I was always confident with Sarah as I'd seen her a long time ago and Sarah is still so kind, understanding, patient, honest and professional. And two days ago on my last appointment, I was able to say I'm back in the gym again. Thank You Sarah! And to anyone reading this, all I can say is that I would genuinely most certainly recommend Sarah.

I started to see Lavinia in December of last year, after the first appointment the numbness in my leg disappeared. I was so thankful as it was starting to really get me down. She took her time to understand my concerns and fertility history and gave me lots of advice which led to us falling pregnant the same month of visiting so clearly knows her stuff! Great experience. Very friendly, relaxed and welcoming. I was given more hope than I had; quite a list of exercises to go away and work on my wrist injury with, and I had a long list of questions answered. There was time for acupuncture at the end too which was really great. I had an hour session for £50 but I think it’s now £60. I’d love to see more social business models fit to support people on a low income / with unstable visa etc. (more wealthy customers ‘pay it forward’ type schemes) throughout these kinds of necessary practices. And though of course, that responsibility doesn’t fall solely on individual businesses, more examples lead to more examples… Really appreciate it, Thank you!

I found Nick Birch understood my problem from the start of the appointment, having had a conversation with me beforehand. He took note of the way I was moving and explained the causes, did a thorough bone density scan and gave me a run-down on the meanings of the various measurements on the diagrams. He told me that the way forward would be to have exercises and stretches and as I had been to Sarah on previous occasions to have further physio appointments with her. Later the same day he followed up with a letter to me confirming his analysis and recommended treatment and letting me know the letter would also go to other parties involved, including my GP. I was very heartened by my visit which has given me renewed determination to do my part in improving my condition.
