This review is to say a big thank you to Naomi for firstly helping with the pain and secondly for giving me some movability. Before I went to the clinic I spoke to Naomi on the phone and she was honest in saying how she could or couldn't help me. This clinic is professional and understanding. And if you have a problem speak to them and they will tell you honestly if they can help are not. I find that this clinic is not just in it for the money! They are true professionals and love their job. They love seeing that they have helped you! That's their first Priority to help you.

Start to finish excellent service. Physio brilliant although the pain is still ongoing only so much you can do in the time permitted. Even down to the professional attitude and the willingness to help. Thanks to all of you.

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. I have a first-rate physio in Majka and she has done wonders for me. The exercises and massage are just right for me and I intend to continue going even if my pain levels subside.

I’m so glad I did! Her extensive knowledge and approachable demeanour reassured me that I had chosen the right person for help. I started with weekly sessions for about 6-8 weeks, based on my preference, as Lyndsey never pressured me regarding the frequency of visits. Now, I simply reach out for a 'top-up' as needed, usually every two weeks. I honestly feel that she has saved me from a very dark and scary place. I’ve used this team for many years across several injuries and issues. As an avid runner, you need therapists you can trust that have your best interests at heart. Even when I moved country, I still used PM via online sessions. Genuinely excellent team and lovely people. They have fixed me loads of times and got me through four marathons!
