I honestly couldn't be happier with the overall service & treatment. As someone who has lived in quite a few countries and has had a fair share of experience with doctors and clinics, I can definitely vouch for Vanity. At first, I was a little hesitant to have such a procedure done in a foreign country I had yet to visit. However, I decided to go ahead the risk and have a rhinoplasty with Vanity Clinic, which seemed to have wonderful reviews. I am currently a few days post operation and can confidently say that every single part has been very tediously taken care of; the transport is a breeze, the hotels they provide are top notch, and the doctor and staff are the kindest. I was a little nervous and was worried that medical staff would not be fluent enough to provide sufficient reassurance (the language barrier can add a layer of nervousness when going under the knife), however Mehmet assisted and reassured me throughout my stay here, explaining everything in detail and putting me at ease with a very welcoming presence. Having a person who is fluent in English automatically upgraded the clinic in my eyes as it created a very laid back atmosphere. I had the pleasure of being assigned doctor Özgür Hürkal, who is extremely kind and meticulous. I told and showed him exactly what I wanted, to which he gave a thumbs up, confidently replying “Oh! I know” with a smile. He also pointed out I had a deviated septum - which I was not fully aware of despite not being able to properly breathe - and corrected it during the rhinoplasty procedure. My relief came from seeing that he specializes in natural looking noses, which is exactly what I now have on my face :)). Despite it being swollen (normal post-op reaction), I am already over the moon with it. It’s so cute! I would recommend this clinic without any hesitation. Thank you to everyone who assisted my throughout the procedure, and the warmest thank you to Dr. Hürkal for your amazing work, you have a tremendous impact on people’s lives!

Dr Dinko and his team were absolutely fabulous from start to finish. The price initially attracted me to the clinic as it was so much cheaper than the UK but there was no compromise on the quality of care and the skills of Dr Toncic. I am so glad I chose them for a procedure I have wanted since I was 15 years old and now aged 38 I have finally done it. As an added bonus I also got to spend 9 fantastic days in wonderful Zagreb. I am now 4 months post op and am so please with my results so far and cant wait to see the final product. Thank you Doctor Dinko Toncic and your excellent team.

My overall experience has been great and the communication has been excellent! If I am honest I had better care during my breast surgery than I did in England having my children. I even got to meet Dr Gorkem, he came to welcome me personally which I found very touching. Dilara (Dr Gorkem Astal's assistant) gives a world-class service throughout. She even gave me emotional support as I travelled alone! Even the night staff couldn’t do enough for you, their English was limited however there is someone always on stand by if needed. I was actually sad to leave! Since I’ve been home we have been in regular contact which is very important to me as I suffer from anxiety and honestly I couldn’t have asked for better service throughout. Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. Tummy tuck and breast reduction surgery with Dr. I had a plastic surgery with West on the 14th of December and I had a great experience, from the pre appointments to the surgery itself and the aftercare. I felt included in every step and greatly welcomed by the lovely nurses. I am happy with my results and the aftercare that I have been receiving by the aftercare lead nurse . She has been wonderful since day 1. I would recommend the clinic to anyone else who is looking to get any plastic surgery.

I had a Septor Rhinoplasty and it was great to feel so welcomed and doctor was amazing first, during and after surgery. Paying attention to every detail. Very happy with final result so far.
