Review My wife and I recently returned from Costa Rica where we both had cosmetic surgery performed by Dr. Gustavo Chavarria. The experience exceeded all of our expectations. Although the surgery was conducted a little over 3 weeks ago, and we are still awaiting all of the swelling to subside, we could not be happier. Dr. Chavarria and his staff were sincere and answered all of our questions. I believe that our results are excellent. Dr. Chavarria used Clinica Zahha for the surgery. This was a new facility and it was the most modern facility that I have ever seen. Everything was new and bristol clean. The staff at the clinic were excellent as well. Prior to seeking cosmetic surgery in Costa Rica, I consulted with local plastic surgeons in Houston. The price with Dr. Chavarria was 1/3 of the price in Houston! Taking into account the expense of our transportation and accommodations in Costa Rica, our total cost was still 50% of that in Houston.Glenn, Friendswood, Texas U.S., 16 Oct 11
