Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. I was doing research for facial surgery. I talked to fatih from West aesthetics. He gave me detailed information about the surgery process. When I came to Turkey, there was no question mark in my head. On the day of surgery, my tests and doctor interviews were done. I returned to Italy 7 days after the operation. The process was very professional. Everything was arranged for me. My hotel Hilton Hotel was 5 stars. The hospital was very clean. Thank you very much to everyone.

On 11/29/23 Dr. Mehmed Ali Korkmaz had an operation... and what can I say... Just happy... I flew to Turkey without knowing exactly what I was getting myself into. I wanted to have the silicone implant out of my breast and have it tightened. The contact with Julia was perfect from the start. No question was too much for her and she was always there for you. That was the first reason why I flew. Shuttle service, hotel, support, and hospital couldn't have been better. Dr. Korkmaz himself was simply amazing. A patient, sensitive doctor who explained everything very well without any prompting and who didn't have questions too many. I still have swelling - it hasn't even been a week yet - it's getting better every day and I'm super happy. If something comes up again, I no longer have the question of where to have it done. I had my GASTRIC SLEEVE surgery. The staff helping me with questions, nutrition and recovery were amazing. I can’t say enough about them! Doc. Dr Z. Ulas Bali answered all the questions in my mind with patience and made me feel very comfortable about breast up lift and breast augmentation surgery. This made me very comfortable before surgery. I was able to reach my doctor and his assistants at any time. Now, 4 months have passed since my surgery, no one understood that I had my breasts done. I needed dental implants and crowns and Mira was the clinic that came out on top. I am happy with my BBL done by Doctor Mehmet Ceber. Transportation was great. Everything went fine but piece of advice when you do an operation like BBL, make sure you have someone with you to assist and help you after the operation.

My review of Cosmetocity, in Antalya following a tummy tuck and liposuction. I contacted Cosmetocity and within two to three hours, I received a message from Cihan on WhatsApp. I was so impressed with the quick response. I told Cihan what I intended on getting done and he asked for a photo of my stomach. I was nervous when asked to do so but he made me feel very comfortable and was very professional. He showed complete respect for my feelings and then send me a detailed plan made for me. This included lots of information about my surgery, surgeon and hotel etc. This helped with any queries I had. And believe me I was always asking questions. When I had decided to book my flights I send confirmations to Cihan and he provided me with when my surgery was due. He had made preparations for me to be picked up from the airport by his team. At the airport, I was greeted by a Cosmetocity team. There was a nurse called Fatima Nur, who was very kind and caring. I was also accompanied by Cihans company partner named Mert who had a beautiful nature and was extremely caring. Another colleague was named Furkan, he always made me laugh and was a charming driver. There are two partners in this company, Cihan and Mert. Cihan will usually be the first person who you speak as he handles all correspondence via WhatsApp. You will meet Mert when arriving in Antalya. If Cihan cannot accompany you to your checkups Mert will always be there for you. He will drive you wherever you want and has a caring nature. He is incredibly intelligent and had years if nursing experience. If I was feeling down he would always know how to cheer me up. He would always ask me if I was okay and if I needed anything. He is so compassionate and always made me feel special. I was impressed by the VIP transport and the kindness shown to me within a few minutes of my arrival. They took my luggage and make me feel at ease on our way to the hotel. We connected instantly and all my worries and anxieties had gone whilst I was in their company. We arrived at a beautiful hotel. I was checked in by Mert and was given a pass to my room. I was then offered food but I was too tired so went to bed. The following day I went downstairs to have some breakfast and checked out the hotel. I have to mention the staff at the hotel work constantly to make you feel comfortable. They are always smiling and asking to top up drinks etc. The food was like the artwork it was so beautiful and delicious. I felt so pampered. I was a woman travelling alone but I felt so safe. They had incredibly tight security which helped you feel 100% relaxed. I had two days to myself before surgery so I went for a swim and spa experience, the facilities are really good I found that there was lots to do. Later on Cihan and his team came to pick me up. I was taken to the clinic to take a blood test and a health check. Where I filled consent forms and had a covid test. Then I met my surgeon for the first time. As soon as I met him I knew I made the right choice in choosing him as my surgeon. He has this amazing mysterious aura about him. I felt so humbled in his presence. He had a look at my stomach and back and explained what it was he was going to do. You can see his mind working, he knew exactly what he was going to do and was confident that I would be really pleased with the results. I had put my trust in him with no hesitation. One day before my surgery Fatima Nur offered to take me shopping and a coffee. Mert picked me up from the hotel and took us to the shopping centre. This was great as I was able to build a relationship with my nurse. We shopped, gossiped and had coffee. It was not part of the plan and was very unexpected. The team always put me first and went out of their way to make me happy. The following day I went to see the surgeon again. He did some markings on my body. He was a total perfectionist and professional. So the big day arrived! I was told not to have breakfast and Fatima Nur Mert and Cihan picked up and took me to the hospital. I was admitted and given a gown. We waited for the surgeon and Mert Cihan and Fatima Nur made me feel comfortable and assured me everything was going to be fine. I was given a spacious hospital room with ensuite. It was very clean and smelt so fresh. The hospital staff were very welcoming and reassuring. I vaguely remember my surgeon looking at me with a beautiful reassuring smile. The next thing I know the surgery was completed and I was back in the hospital room. Fatima Nur tried waking me up and I was asleep for about 2-3 hours. She was so kind and stayed the whole night with me. My surgery was alot bigger than expected as I had alot of body fat. Considering the fact my tummy tuck was all across my stomach and back, I couldn't believe I had woken up with no pain. I found this so incredible. The nurses were constantly checking up on me and providing me with any medication etc that I needed.
