I went to grand medical in March 2024 for a gastric sleeve, I had the most pleasant experience from start to finish. My personal assistant Mel he is also doctors assistant was absolutely fantastic, he picked me up from the airport and drove me to the hospital, translated all questions and also took me shopping when I was back on my feet. Dr Osman was great, a very skilful surgeon and checked in with me everyday. The nurses was great, translated through google translate and delivered high care whilst on the ward. Everyone was very friendly and always attended to you needs. I’m so glad I chose grandmedical, I lost half a stone in the first week, and would definitely recommend grand medical hospital.

I live in London; I travelled to Istanbul on the 30th of November to meet doctor Baki Yilmaz for rhinoplasty surgery. The tip of my nose was quite wide and weak, while my nose septum deviated. I was amazed by the end results because doctor B.Ylmaz delivered an excellent result and I didn’t feel any pain after operation; also I have to say that the doctors assistant Nur was really helpful planning the trips from airport and back and forward from hospital to hotel; the whole team is super professional and friendly. Now after one month of my operation my nose looks slimmer, symmetrical and it gets more and more defined. I highly recommend doctor Baki Ylmaz and his team for an excellent end result.

I am an older white male from the UK. I selected Pitangui like most overseas visitors from internet reviews. The web site, the reviews and the experience of Dr Yoo over the years of this clinic shine through. He has an outstanding reputation and I am more than happy with the surgery, the pain management and the clear explanations. I underwent Upper and Lower blepharoplasty plus eye bag repositioning (removal of fat deposits etc). My fellow traveller, a lady of fewer years underwent the same and she is equally impressed with the result. Dr Yoo has an excellent staff around him who not only have sound and commendable medical procedures but also reduce the hassle of the whole visit; taxis, accommodation, airports etc. Pitangui is neither a ‘sausage factory or an impersonal clinic. It is friendly, approachable and totally honest, Ther is no ‘hard sell’ or attempt to push further procedures. In a Korean domestic market reportedly approaching saturation point, such excellent staff as Sarah who offers clear and practical solutions to the problems clarifies charges and irons out the wrinkles in one's journey mean it is a pleasure to come under Dr Yoo’s organisation. Sarah is extremely good at her job. She is helpful, kind and no problem is too difficult for her. Without her fine language skills, directions and support, the journey through Seoul would have been far more difficult. She reaches out to the customers frequently and effectively. Assisted by Debora, Sarah runs the team of ‘angels’ that are the face of Pitangui. In summary, Dr Yoo is an outstanding surgeon who has gathered a most effective team around him. His work is excellent but it is the support team that move this clinic up to be without doubt one of the best.

Excellent doctor!!!! From my first visit to his office I felt safe and confident. Before the procedure, he explained in detail what he was going to do. The result was better than I imagined. His whole team was excellent. Mr. Karantonis was available at all times to answer my every question, no matter what time I needed him both pre and post-operatively. I highly recommend him. Treatment: Total Hip Arthroplasty, and post-op rehab. I am no stranger to ‘Health Tourism’, and contacted several clinics in other countries for the same operation – total hip replacement on one side. I contacted KCM Clinic after reading reviews and details on ‘What Clinic’ website. From that point on, I was most impressed with the speed, detailed information and costs sent by KCM, such that I decided to go ahead and have my hip replaced by them in preference to others. The UK NHS was a total non-starting failure. Every single aspect of the visit from arrival in Wroclaw to homeward journey was almost ‘micro-managed’ with superb efficiency. Transport from/to the airport, hotel arrangements, transport to/from the clinic nearby, pre-surgery assessments, surgery and hospital clinic stay, daily physiotherapy afterwards, all happened extremely smoothly. Yes, there was quite a bit of ‘waiting around’ at times during pre-op assessment, some of it caused by my own request for further cardiology assessment. The actual hip replacement operation occurred as arranged and was very straightforward. The level of care from clinic staff was exceptionally high, the coordinator was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, the surgeon attended every day after the operation to check on progress and even changed the dressing himself, and the rehab. The physiotherapist always gave superb individual attention to maximise post-operative mobility. A very detailed discharge pack was handed to me when leaving the clinic, including CDs of all X-rays and diagnostic images, ready to pass on to the GP when returning to UK (in Polish, though – but I’m sure it can be well understood in medical circles). Can I recommend them? Without reservation! What about language? Polish is spoken throughout, but nearly everyone has a good command of English or German so communication was never an issue. I was continually impressed by the clinic, and they showed what true ‘health care’ is all about. All-in-all it has been the most positive experience, well beyond my expectations, and one that I will repeat soon for the other side! Thank you so much, KCM.

Dr Colin Tham gave me his best suggestion to get Treatment for Wrinkles and really satisfied with the result. This is my very first time getting injections on my face. He used the numb cream about 10 minutes before the injection starts. So, it wasn't too bad.

My wife and I had our eyes done, both upper and lower. It was the most professional and super high standard. I did my upper a few years ago in Norway, and this is MUCH MUCH better. Just a fantastic job and the service is toptop. We will come back to get something else done.

I had my surgery on 9th at 1.30pm. It took around 5 hours to have full vaginal rejuvenation, breast implants (350cc textured Mentors over the muscle) and lipo on my flanks. Dr Ashok did my lipo for free to balance my figure! I had a real attack of nerves the night before and considered cancelling the whole thing, I was convinced it was all going to go wrong! I met with Dr Ashok, the morning of my surgery at 9.30 am. I had been speaking to him for nearly a year via phone and email. I felt very comfortable with him immediately and sure that he already knew exactly what I was looking for. The Medeor hospital in Dubai was really clean and my room was gorgeous. The nurses were so kind to me, helped me with everything before and after the surgery. Going into the theatre was nerve-wracking but again the nurses and Anesthesiologist were very kind. When I came out of surgery I was in the recovery room for around an hour, my husband came and said hi to me there, but I was still quite groggy! I was taken to my luxury bedroom at about 7 pm to stay over for the night. I wasn't in any pain at all and felt positive about my surgery. I struggled to sleep because I started to feel a little anxious about my surgery results and also being in a foreign country in a hospital on my own (I travelled from the UK to Dubai for surgery). The nurses brought me tea, juices, water and my dinner were really nice too). They checked on me and chatted with my regularly which made the whole process pleasant and easy. In the morning once I had eaten breakfast, the nurse told me if I wanted to I was able to stand and go to the bathroom to brush my teeth and wash my face. The first time I stood up I felt a little sick and clammy but managed to brush my teeth and then got back into bed (12 hours after surgery I was up and walking!), I decided to try again so that I could wash my face and try to beautify a little, ok not beautify but maybe a little moisturiser! The second time I got up I felt a lot easier on my feet and put some moisturiser on, my eye cream, sorted my hair out and got back into bed again. Dr Ashok visited me at around 10 am, to check on my results and showed me a picture of my vagina, I nearly cried! I couldn't believe it was me, It was even better than I could have imagined, really so beautiful! He said everything looked like it was doing well and I was allowed to go back to my hotel, I arranged to see him in a few days but we would stay in contact by email and I would send regular pictures to check my healing was on track. I was discharged, given my medications and my Husband came and picked me up, I had around a 30-minute taxi ride to my hotel, which was fine although I was really looking forward to being in bed and resting. I should mention my pain was managed with paracetamol throughout which was absolutely fine! I rested all day yesterday but did manage to get up and have some tea in the Cafe. I had dinner in bed! My chest felt very heavy when I got up, but not terribly painful, my vaginal rejuvenation hasn't hurt at all, I've had vaginal tightening, clitoral hood work, perineum work and fat grafting and the healing is really easy! I was given paracetamol and some stronger painkillers to take if needed, I haven't taken the stronger ones. I woke up this morning and after sleeping well last night, my chest felt very heavy and sore when I woke up. I think it's worse after being laid down for a long period, but not painful enough to worry or take the stronger painkillers. I did feel anxious about how my breasts looked today (I'm a worrier!) I had only seen them from peeking under my compression bra, so really didn't know what to expect at this point. I emailed Dr Ashok and told him I was worried (we are in email contact regularly). He said that I should go to the mirror and have a look. So I nervously did and unclipped my compression bra wow! They are everything I wanted them to be, natural, beautiful, pert and all mine! I can't believe they belong to me! Dr Ashok really is a very special surgeon, he takes so much pride in his clients. I felt like he treated me as one of his family, he cares so much. I feel like a new woman today. I have more healing and I am yet to see the end result but I'm really looking forward to it.
