Really professional, I went for labiaplasty and researched the surgeon first. She did not disappoint she was really experienced, made me feel comfortable and walked me through the whole process. Her clinic is clean and well located, which is also worth noting. I’d recommend her without hesitation.

It was a very good experience. When they pick me up from the airport, I felt being cared. In the hospital, doctors and nurses were welcoming. Also, the staff from Time Travel was with me during the examination. The operation was very smooth and the healing process was quite fast. All the procedures have been completed without any problem I was informed what to do after I back to my hometown. They are still checking on me frequently. It was such a lovely journey. I had both hips replacement done at KCM Clinic and I am really happy with the service and qualification of the personnel and result. This is 6 months later after 1st surgery I back to KCM Clinic. I was looking for a dual mobility implant to help prevent dislocation and keep stability. This kind of implant is for people sports minded. They offer me an implant from top level -Stryker MDMx3 for my both sides. True, you can get only ordinary implants to remove your pain from most clinics but if you looking to go back to the gym, swimming, cycling going to mountains or your normal life you need something different and KCM Clinic is the clinic that can offer you these. What you can expect from KCM procedure. First, they will pick up you from airport and drop you off at hotel of your choice. Next, they will pick up you for examination and drop you back. On the third day you have your surgery. You stay in the hospital for 3 days and you are free to go Also you can stay in the hotel and pop up for physio to KCM if you want. Again, thank you to Patryk from International Patients Department and Cris for looking after me and the paperwork. All documentation needed has been filled out quickly without hassle. I originally went in for a consult on removing a large mole, IPL, dimpleplasty, and a Thread Lift for my nose bridge. But after speaking with Dr. Tham, it was clear my main concern was pain and after appearances. I ended up getting a sub Q injection for my nose, no dimpleplasty but went for an IPL and mole removal. The overall experience was pretty painless and perhaps the nose turned out the best. (A week later I am still healing so I can’t say how well the other treatments turned out.) My other fear was also to have a doctor sell me treatments I didn’t need or wouldn’t fit me, and It went perfectly fine. The consult was a true consult and I felt more educated on the processes and he addressed all my concerns. If I am in Singapore again, I would go here for treatment! (Also the appointment process was smooth too and the nurses very nice!)

Dr Onuma is a talented and caring professional with a demonstrably sincere and genuine interest in providing the absolute best outcomes for his patients. Even before I decided to become his patient Dr Onuma surprised me by personally contacting me by phone to respond to and discuss my original email query the day after receiving it. This type of personalised service continued throughout my time with him. Dr Onuma has always encouraged me to bring up any concerns I have and has been open and transparent with his responses. I have always felt heard and respected and never felt rushed during phone calls or in-person visits. Due to a long history of dismissive and negative experiences by other professionals in the area of women's health, I had avoided or otherwise tried to ignore the problems I had lived with for so long. I am so grateful I found Dr Onuma. To date, the treatments and services I have received from him and his Nurse have been welcoming, supportive and successful and I look forward to returning for further treatment and surgery when I am able.

Actually, I'm thankful for Dr Sreelatha she's such an adorable person. She makes me more comfortable with Care and moreover, I can see my result on the table. I have to tell about nurses they are awesome on treating patients with patience. They always carry a smiley face with love and care. On the whole hospital, the ambience is excellent.

My son, Khushal Razdan, was born with, angular dermoid left lateral eyebrow. To explain in layman’s language, it was a tumour on his left eyebrow. As parents we were very worried, as to which doctor to contact, who would be able to guide us on the correct path. By God’s grace we were guided to Dr. Rohit Krishna. He not only assessed our son’s physical condition perfectly but also supported us emotionally as parents. He conducted the surgery to perfection, with no scar on his eyebrow & minimal time in the hospital. We shall forever be grateful to, Dr. Rohit Krishna, for doing a great job & our son has recovered well too. Thank you , Dr. Krishna for handling everything to perfection.

My journey with Dr Kassab started 18 yrs ago! Since then, I trust everything he tells me on any level. I always knew that the service you get at his clinic is nowhere to be found & life proved it to me when I had to go to someone else after moving out of Lebanon while pregnant with my 3rd kid. Luckily, I had the chance to experience the sweetness of pregnancy process twice with Dr Kassab, from his very detailed explanations to the highly sophisticated equipment he uses, to the in-clinic lab he has, which spares you the struggle of doing the tests anywhere else. Unfortunately, I can't say the same about my experience with the new gynaecologist who barely talked to me or replied to any of my questions without sarcasm, also didn't bother to tell me anything about the baby's health & status. I left assuming everything was fine not to mention that I couldn't see anything on the monitor while she was doing the echo because the image was bad. Anyway, she requested a detailed scan, which to my surprise is done by another dr. at another clinic! Not to mention that the visit cost a big amount of money, knowing that the dr. opted not to charge the echo fees! (God knows how much we would have paid if she didn't). On a side note, this dr. was highly recommended by 4 or 5 of our friends we had to wait for 3 weeks to get the appointment. My husband & I left the clinic very shocked of what we've been through & we called Dr Kassab right away to thank him for every time he received us with a smile & good attitude, for the relaxed feeling we got every time we walked into his clinic, for this relationship that felt more of a friendship. Thank you, Dr Bernard, for everything you did & you're still doing for us, your service & effort are HIGHLY appreciated! We love you!

I felt totally safe in the care of Dr. Rao and the excellent staff at Beams. I had multiple procedures and 2 surgery sessions. Dr. Rao was warm, professional, and my advocate post-surgery. He included extras during surgery we weren't aware of, including cysts and a hernia, he fixed it all. I look amazing at my age and owe it all to them. Years later, people think I'm in my 30's, not 50's, and will not hesitate to go back if I need them again. Thank you, Dr. Rao

Totally recommend Freya Clinic. Dr Jeng-Yee Lin is very attentive and all the nurses can speak English fluently. The procedure was nicely done as well.
