What can I say? From start to finish this has been an amazing professional experience. I had a breast reduction and was very anxious. I spoke with Selvi who gave me all the support I needed with everything from flights to meeting me on day of operation, any questions I had she answered straight away. My surgeon GIRAY GENC, MD was the nicest, gentlest, professional, person ever. Listened to everything I wanted and gave me amazing results. Aleyna helped me with anything I needed to know from arranging transport times to check ups to again answering any questions. And finally the guys that picked me up from the airport and took me to all my appointments were never late and always smiling!! Would 100% recommend this company for any work you want to do. I had combined surgery on the 28.02.23 with Dr Görkem, from the moment I arrived I was picked up by a driver and when arriving at the hospital two staff Yunes & Enes looked after me. Had my bloods taken and a medical check, then Dr came in the morning to discuss my desired outcome. I feel that he listened to me and surgery went well. I was then taken back to my hotel which was very modern and any queries I had to do with my post op surgery were answered very quickly on what’s app. I will be going back for other facial surgeries with Dr Görkem. The warmth you feel from staff does make a difference to your medical journey. Your outcome is listened to and understood here!!!!

Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. It was my first such procedure so I can not compare. But overall I had a great experience and I would highly recommend this surgeon & clinic.

He took care of everything once I arrived in Istanbul. The transportation to the hotel was VIP service. He checked up on us frequently. The hair process went smoothly. Ich forderte Info Material an und erhielt in kürzester Zeit einen Kontakt per WhatsApp mit Hülya. After careful review of several surgeons in Istanbul, I chose Dr.Safa Manav for a facelift and revision of my nose. Dr.Safa was the right choice !! Flow all the way from Canada too! After nearly 3 weeks, still a little remaining swelling, but it’s normal after such surgery, and things are on track to look amazing.

I had an exceptional experience at Dr. Derya Bingöl’s clinic! The doctor was extremely professional, caring, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Additionally, the office staff was equally caring and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure my comfort and well-being, especially post-surgery.
