Overall a great experience. From the consultation to the procedure I felt like a patient rather than a client. I feel everything was explained clearly and everything went on time. I had my stomach surgery in March 2022, I was so happy I met Dr Bali, he is really trusty person and you go to surgery in relax way, he and his team are really care. The hospital was clean and perfect, his visit for after surgery was so caring and relaxing, I suggest him to anyone because his work was really good! I came to Dr. Safa Manav for a breast augmentation + lift. I am 10 days post op and happy with the results so far. I came solo which was a bit scary but I was completely taken care of by the doctors, nurses and Janan. Dr. Safa Manav and Janan speak perfect English and Janan is around to help translate if needed. I love how organized everything was and that I did not have to worry about arranging transportation, organizing follow ups etc. The hospital room is unlike any other hospital room I have seen. It is basically your own hotel room. Super clean and spacious. The hotel was great! Very comfy and breakfast was amazing. 3 years ago I had a rhinoplasty with Dr Onsal. It's not an easy decision there are lots of opinions, doctors etc. I found him by a friend's recommendation. I couldn't trust everyone. I checked his background, Instagram, reviews. It was the best decision I made ever. I wish to do it before. Especially he listens to details carefully, because some doctors mention only his expectations. I am doing it for myself not for someone. I suggest everyone. Amazing experience!

Overall, I had a good experience with Surgero Clinic İstanbul. I received clear instructions and next steps leading up to my surgery date and what my responsibilities were after surgery. I received a lot of communication either through email, by phone, and even by text. The staff in the clinic were courteous. Erdem was nice and up front with me about expectations. I was not misled by any means and was provided with all the information needed to make an informed decision! I'm almost 4 weeks post op and happy with my after. Dr. E. did his part and I know that it is my responsibility to maintain and do my part to continue to see great results!
