I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. Not speaking Spanish I would have been completely lost here without them. I was met at the airport past midnight, and driven to my accommodations which were modern, clean, very reasonably priced, and beautifully appointed. It felt like a home away from home. They took the time to bring all of my luggage up to the unit and spent some time reassuring me that they were there for me every step of the way and that I was not alone. In the 10 days that I spent here, I was never disappointed. I was brought to all of my clinic appointments, to the grocery store, the pharmacy, and anywhere I wanted or needed to go. I had a personal liaison, interpreter, guide, and friend who took my best interests to heart. If I was being overcharged somewhere they negotiated or brought me to where I would be treated fairly. I never had to worry about a thing. The surgeries were painless. I was followed very closely every day by an amazing, painless implantologist/surgeon. I received additional therapies to help in my healing process by friendly professional nurses and technicians. Truthfully, I felt pampered in every sense of the word. Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. Made a new upper denture. Fit much tighter & they look great. Fit well, look good. Much cheaper than in the US.

Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

This is a great dental clinic with modern equipment and such lovely people. Great care, excellent prices, and great freebies combine to make it a great experience. I sincerely recommend it.

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

Dental Design is absolutely the VERY BEST dental clinic I have ever had the privilege to be a patient of. Their expertise is amazing and I am so extremely happy with the functionality and beauty of what they designed for me. These people are the most compassionate, skilled and artistic people I have ever encountered. Even if their prices weren't considerably less than in the U.S.A., I'd still rather go to Dental Design for extensive dental services. Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!
