September 2022 Happy smile!! A friend of mine had dental implant work done in Turkey. I always admire her smile, and how amazing it looks and is professionally done. Always dreamt of having a Hollywood smile as I was unhappy with the colour of my teeth and decay which cause me to lose a few through extraction. I like to see things for myself and ask questions about other people's experiences. As each journey differs. My friend told me they provide hotel accommodations, pick me up from the airport to the hotel and each time I am going to the clinics for consultations and treatments. With the reassurance of my friend and seeing the actual dental work, she had done. That was what gave me the drive to have mine done. As I was apprehensive about getting dental treatment done, due to hearing so many sad stories which people experience. Anyway, I decided to go ahead and get in touch with the company. I spoke to a gentleman with eloquent communication who submitted photos of what I would like to be done and he also sends me all the necessary information I would need, for example, a video explaining how and where I would be picked, the hotel reservation all the contact of the people involved beforehand. I showed it to my friend and she said they will deliver just as they say it. Upon arrival at Novusklinik clinic, I was greeted by a team of very warm, welcoming friendly, happy and smiling faces. I was introduced to Dr Sencan and Dr Tiryaki who go beyond the call of duty to make sure I understand what should be the best to do with my teeth and mouth so that I do not have future health risks, the time and effort were given to me explaining the pros and cons of the treatment so that I can make an independent judgment. I agreed with the advice given to me by the dentist to do all on 4 implants and zirconium crowns which is a two-part process. I am very scared of dentists, especially hearing the sound of the instruments and the pain and discomfort. I was so impressed by the gentle touch of the dentist's hands and reassuring nature. During my visits, I observed that their infection control is of paramount importance and I am very keen on that aspect which I admired most. Also, the place is immaculately clean with breaths of fresh air, relaxation and amazing decor thanks to a phenomenal team that showed professionalism, experience, knowledge and attention to detail. The personal (PA) assistant and front desk staff show consideration, caring, extremely helpful, warm and friendly, hospitality and work well together from the start to finish.Thanks again to the doctors/dentists for the great experience and quality dental restoration on my teeth to boost my smile, and self-confidence and give me a whole new look for the future. I can say I have no regrets. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs an experienced dentist who can change your health and well-being, giving you that smile you always wanted. Also good value for the money. Kudos!!

Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. Whilst chatting with my girlfriend she mentioned about Dr Gorkem, who had already performed rhinoplasty for an Indonesian celebrity, so I did some research and discovered about her visit to Istanbul and the work of Dr Gorkem. I saw how Dr Gorkem interacted and handled her and the rest of his patients with warmth, kindness, and gentle professionalism. I then communicated with his assistant on WhatsApp including video and quickly decided he was the right person to be my surgeon. I asked him to handle my case, which involved rhinoplasty to fix the lack of cartilage, droop, and crooked appearance off my nose and some fat grafting on parts of my face. It is now one month since I had my surgery and from the side profile, my nose looks naturally beautiful. The front view still has some swelling and needs more time to see the proper result. By the way, my preference was for a Cindy-nose look. The fat grafting was successful and still needs time to see the final results. I highly recommend Dr Gorkem as an amazing doctor with great skill and personality. I would also like to say thank you to Sahar, who guided me from the early conversation until now, for being patient, warm, friendly, clear, and articulate. I also thank Furkam, Dilara, and Enes for their professionalism in the admin, and Erhan the responsible driver during my trip, and the nurses who looked after me during and after surgery. Due to an additional member of my family attending at the last minute, we couldn’t stay at the planned hotel but Honor was a saint and sorted it all out for us and we were placed at a lovely hotel. As promised a taxi was awaiting our arrival and took us straight to A-dent where I was greeted by Honor himself and a lovely team. Honor talked me through every stage and then guided me as we proceeded with the scans. I met my surgeon who firstly looked at the scans then asked to take a look at my mouth. It was all very professional and very courteous. The surgeon was very honest and said that it was a lot of work but I could have the procedure, so I was booked in at 5pm the next day for surgery. On the 02.03.24 at 3 pm we were picked up by the transfer taxi and taken to the clinic where a further scan was taken and then Honor talked me through the whole process, and what type of plate was recommended due to my bone loss. After this, we were taken to the staff room where were given food to eat and we all sat and had a very relaxed time. 5pm I was greeted by my surgeon and sat in the chair. I was given time to say my goodbyes to my children and then it was all go. All the equipment needed was sterile and taken out of sealed packets, and when ready the surgeon made a start. First he applied an anaesthetic spray to numb the gum, and that worked in seconds, then after a minute or so I was injected loads to ensure I would not feel a thing. My surgeon was quick working with this and I was numb from the bridge of my nose to the top of my mouth. 3 teeth taken out, 2 sinus lifts, 6 implants later and all stitched up the first half was complete. That was the hard part done. We had a short break, and then round 2, the lower jaw. This was easier as I had 10 teeth on the bottom, but I was still injected loads to make sure that I had no pain, then 10 teeth taken out, 6 implants placed and stitched up I was finished. It was a lot of work, but I honestly didn’t feel a thing other than a lot of jaw ache but this is due to having my mouth open for 3 hours and also the pressure that is applied when they make the placements for the implants. My surgeon was amazing and had clearly done this procedure many times so I felt very reassured all the time. I had a further scan and then given a prescription for 5 items, and on the way back to the hotel, the taxi stopped at a pharmacy for me to pick up the meds and then to the hotel where I had a telephone conversation with Honor who advised how to take the meds. 3 days after surgery I was very swollen and I had some serious bruising but pain wise I had nothing more than a little bit of dental ache which you get from having 1 tooth out, it amazed me. 10am on the 5.3.24 I was picked up and taken to to clinic for a check up and was told everything looked well and the healing was already happening which was a great relief, then Honor showed me the last scan where I could see all 12 implants. I was so happy they had managed to achieve this. I now have to allow 5 months minimum for all the bone grafts to take and harden, which for me means no teeth at all, but if this is advised to reduce the failure ratio due to the lack of upper jaw bone then I’m ok with that. I chose A-dent from what clinic because of all the positive reviews and I promise I was not disappointed. The clinic itself was immaculate. The floor was so clean you could eat off it, all the equipment was sterile and clean, it was brilliant and the staff there were so polite and guided you with everything, but Honor, well he is just a diamond guy and will do anything and everything to support, guide and reassure you through everything. You also get a “implant passport” which gives all the information on what type of implant you have and where it is placed and all covered by a lifetime guarantee. I now know that if I need any treatment in the future A-dent is where I will be going and I think my children will too. Absolutely first class!

Hi you guys! Like most, I've always wanted VSG since 19 when I stepped foot on my college campus. Everyone else was relatively slim and then there was me 215 lbs at 5'3. Fast forward to 2020. I'm now 22 and have a stable job and insurance (BCBS of AL) with no kids or spouse. In 2018, I ended up losing 60 lbs from 210 lbs and got down to 159 lbs, but I only managed to keep 10 lbs off. As of today I am 200 lbs and my BMI is 36.7. I’m sick of the yo-yo dieting and I decided to have surgery. I’ve had a lot weight loss. 100% the best dentist I have ever visited! I was recommended by a friend of mine who had her teeth done by Dr Kubra a couple of years ago, due to nerves I kept putting off going as I am afraid of dentists, I eventually bit the bullet and decided to go and get treatment done as I was just fed up of not being able to eat properly. Prior to coming I was in contact with Sarah who was extremely helpful with looking for flights and arranging a hotel for me and my friend, I honestly felt that this put me at ease and less stressed. Once I arrived to the clinic, Dr Kubra was very calming and always had a smile so I then again felt relaxed, she explained my treatment in detail so I was prepared for what I was about to have. During the surgery, I felt very limited pain, I had 6 implants top and bottom which was a very long surgery but Dr Kubra took her time and always asked if I was ok and if I needed a break. The next day I felt so good, with no bruising, and no pain, I went out shopping. I give the service and the clinic 10/10 they were fantastic and I’m really looking forward for my final stage and being able to eat again.

I needed dental implants and crowns and Mira was the clinic that came out on top. The clinic is very well equipped and the staff are excellent, professional and friendly. 2 months later I’m still getting used to my new teeth but am getting plenty of positive comments.
