I made contact with Novus clinic through Whatclinic platform. Salma have contacted me the same day, and have made 3 different plans for me, which we discussed later. After explaining to me the 3 plans, I have made the decision to do the single-stage plan. I have booked a flight to confirm my reservation. Once I arrived at Istanbul airport the clinic driver was waiting to take me to the hotel. The next day I started the treatment. The procedure was professional and not so painful. The service was perfect. My contact Salma was with me every day during the treatment to translate and be sure that I receive the best service. After the treatment, I was very happy with the results and I had no pain at all. It was a good experience. I strictly recommend Novus clinic to everyone that want to have a nice smile with the best quality materials and services.

I went for the first part of the treatment to have a front tooth implant in September, I was met at the airport by Cavit, who was my driver. He took me to the hotel and was back on time to take me to my appointment, he was my constant driver and I can't speak highly enough about his efficiency. The dental surgery was very clean and modern, where I met Guliz, my online contact who was with me throughout my treatment. The implant was completed professionally and quick and the procedure was completely painless. I shall return in December to have the crown fitted. I have recommended Westdent to friends and colleagues and look forward to returning. A big thank you to Guliz and Cavit for there efficiency and friendliness.

Well, My treatment was just finishing when Scott H was there. (If I am not mistaken, Scott you were in the reception speaking to my sister Michelle). By looking at what Scott has put down the review.. He is absolutely SPOT ON. The Carisma, passion, and his personality. You could not meet a more lovely person & the team, which you cannot forget. Who are also Elif & Amelia (Hope I spelt that correctly). My sister Michelle was the one who dive the research as none other mentions your sinus getting lifted, through the op. What a transformation Dr. Baysal as everyone at my work from Customers to trade people saying how fantastic & natural my teeth looked. Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

I had cleaning and teeth whitening done. The doctor was very knowledgeable and friendly. Special thanks to the staff. Although it was a simple procedure, detailed information was given afterward. I would recommend it to everyone.

This review is long overdue. What can I say except Dr Osman and his team are truly amazing. I flew to Antalya in August 2019 to begin my treatment. I was met at the airport by a lovely driver and taken to my hotel. On the Monday, I was collected from the hotel by the driver and taken to the clinic. I was really impressed on my arrival as every inch of the clinic was spotless. My treatment has been first-class since day one as I have been a patient at the clinic for 4 Years! I even visited the clinic to have my permanent teeth fitted once the Covid 19 restrictions were lifted as I’d been wearing my temporary teeth for nearly 18 months. What can I say Dr Osman is an amazing restorative dentist and in my opinion the best in his field. I have an imperfect amazing smile thanks to him my smile is so natural. Dr Osman is amazing and constructed for me a natural white set of teeth which I absolutely love. My treatment consisted of 11 implants a sinus lift and bone grafting. I have also had injections in both my cheeks to relax the muscles in my jaws as on further examination at the clinic it was found that I grind my teeth. The whole experience for me at the Umut Dental clinic has been amazing any concerns or problems I encountered have been resolved swiftly and I can honestly say I would do it all again. The pain I felt during the implantation of my implants was managed well and I would like to once again personally thank everyone at the Umut Clinic for all for their professionalism and expertise. Hopefully, I’ll see you all later in 2024 for a check up. This clinic is absolutely impeccable, from the most welcoming, competent and professional team, down to the equipment. This review is for Volkan Karabey specifically, because I have to emphasise his impeccable service and high level of knowledge. I had many treatments done at his clinic, from extractions to implants. From the moment we first spoke, he was so approachable, warm, sincere and very assuring. He took the time to explain all the treatment options in-depth, he was always available and it truly felt like he had my best interest at heart instead of just caring about the financial side. He made sure to explain all the options objectively and gave me time to choose. He showed great professionalism and his work is flawless. I strongly recommend this clinic.

I went to the Clinic last September and had some teeth extracted and implants installed. Now that Turkey is off the U.K. Red list I can’t wait to have my treatment completed. I have full confidence in the Clinic, I was very impressed during my first visit and treatment. They put me at ease before and during my treatment. All the staff are extremely friendly and I was treated like a VIP. I can highly recommend the clinic. They are so professional and experts in their treatments.

A great clinic with lovely people who put you right at ease. Clean, friendly and professional. They went through the procedures with me and even after X-rays meant I had to change what I was going to have done. They were helpful and thoughtful and asked me what I wanted to do. I had extractions, which I found painful in the U.K. but a tooth, a broken tooth and a wisdom tooth were all fairly pain-free and other work completely painless. No rush, no pain, a professional job and equally important a friendly and warm manner that left me less worried than with other dentists. (They also helped me look up tram times for my plane home!) Highly recommended.
