Bespoke is absolutely incredible! As a person who suffers with anxiety from going to the dentist due to having negative experiences in the past. I have felt completely comfortable with each visit and will most definitely continue to! I first visited in an emergency appointment due to tooth pain, was seen that evening and left completely pain-free! Dr Arzu has completed my root canal treatment and is in the process of placing a crown. She is so kind and welcoming, taking me through each step of treatment, and ensuring I feel completely comfortable throughout my visit. I cannot thank her and the practice enough. They are amazing! Nothing but positive things to say. I originally saw Dr. Ismael in 2019 and once again had the pleasure of bring in Jordan and having dental work done here. I had a failed implant done in the USA (2022) and a little bit unsure of dentists after that but confident that Dr. Ismael would be able to succeed where the other dentist had failed. Following my implant, I can now smile without covering my face and my words are better understood... and the time and patience he took to get the correct colouring on the crown has been well appreciated by me. Additionally, he was able to work with my schedule and fit several appointments in timely. A very happy patient and plan on returning -- even when not working in Jordan

Fantastic!!!!!!! If America knew about Manny and knew about the care, you would not be able to get an appointment. A friend of mine went to his clinic and told me about her wonderful experience. I thank God she did. The cost is fantastic! but it only starts there. When you contact Manny, he will check Southwest fights and circle the ones that work best, he emails you, his recommendation. He will guide you on what hotel to stay in and when you fly in Manny will pick you up at the airport, take you to the clinic over the border, he will carry you to the hotel and if you need to return to the clinic, he will pick you up again until your treatment is complete. Manny delivers you to the airport when you are ready. I have gone several times over the years and Manny and his team have been fantastic. A couple of weeks ago my front tooth broke that held a bridge that Manny's dentist completed. Manny told me he would warranty their work!!!!!!! I still expected to get a small bill. When I got to Harlingen Texas where Manny picks you up, he rolled out the red carpet and had his usual full-service treatment and at the end, we walked straight out the door. He never even mentioned payment!!!!!!! Wow!!!!!!! I gave his team a nice tip but that was all I spent, and it was not expected. I did pay for travel but in America, it would have cost me all my savings. God Bless Manny and his team!!!!!!! This year will be by far easier for me and my family because of them.

Urology consultation, Gynecology consultation, Internal Medical consultation. Xrays, ultrasound, CT scan, blood tests examinations, reviews of all investigations and medications prescribed. It was all done over 2 days. I have been through a number of investigations, examinations, blood tests etc. and have seen 3 consultants. I was so pleased with their care, attention and also the respect and kindness they showed me. There was one particular member of your staff who helped me enormously. Her name is Seda and she works as your translator and all the other things she does. I have no idea how I would have managed without Seda's care and attention. My head was spinning as I went from one place to another in the hospital. I would have been extremely stressed if I hadn't had Seda's help and support. She took control and made sure I received everything I needed with such expertise and professionalism. I have heard other foreigners living here speak of her with the same admiration. I hope that the management/bosses read and acknowledge what an asset Seda is to your company and give her the recognition she deserves for the great work she does.

My first treatment with Dr Diego Rosales concerning ongoing dental concerns as described in other later reviews ( as the full treatment has been a continuing process for 10 days.) was on the 15th. I had a lot of work to be done! He talked about all options and immediately made me feel comfortable, confident and at ease. His knowledge and expertise are incredible. He speaks fluent English with ease which had been a problem a few years ago when I tried to have dental work in Mexico. I have had nearly daily appointments with Dr Diego Rosales since and I am constantly astonished at his technical skills, his concern and professional care for patients and continued amazing work. The clinic is always impeccably clean and well organised.

The experience was better than expected. The dentist I had spoke very little English which there were other assistants to help translate. I had a crown done. It looks looks great. Of course process is painful. They tried their best to make me relax & even put more freezing in.

They are all extremely kind and welcoming in this practice. Dr Preiss provided me with several different kinds of X-rays and a gentle recommendation for the replacement of a filling. It was definitely needed as my other dentist ignored my pain. The biggest thing is listening to your experiences and using his best judgement to find a solution. Apparently, there was actually decay UNDER my previous filling which didn't even show in the x-rays. I think it was a wise decision to replace the filling even not fully knowing what was under it. Experience - check. Wisdom - check. But also investigation and analysis are needed as well when it comes to the mystery of the human body. Check.

I am Vivian Noronha from Blooming Grove, New York USA. I contacted Dr. Pooja Shah for dental implants. She explained why my situation was more suited to Crowns rather than implants. Dr. Shah is very professional and made me feel very comfortable during all of the procedures. She explained in advance what she was about to do any and explained if there was going to be any pain or other discomfort. I am very satisfied with the treatment I received from Dr. Shah and would highly recommend her to anyone who needed dental work especially if they were looking for dental tourism since in addition to her professional competency her services were very reasonably priced. Dr. Jacobson, I have to tell you that I have waited close to 50+ years to find a dentist I can say I have no fear towards and whom I absolutely adore, and that dentist is YOU. I needed 2 fillings and you worked on me gently and were amazing. You made me feel comfortable and I never felt a thing. You put me at ease, and your ladies who work alongside you are incredible. I will gladly return for any dental procedures I may need. I am a patient for life! Warm wishes.

The clinic contacted me quickly and offered an appointment- a car was sent to the hotel and Heidi was there to greet us. On arrival you are asked to wear shoe protectors to avoid any cross-contamination I had an OPG panoral X-ray taken and a quick examination this cost £20. I said I had a molar tooth where the composite had worn away and needed renewing and the dentist confirmed - there was no decay and it was one surface of the tooth - occlusal and I was told this would cost £80 this was due to new pricing fixed by the government (the price would be the same if I had needed an injection, my tooth had been decayed and if the filling covered several surfaces and needed built up using clamps ie a more time-consuming procedure) I was also offered a scale and polish for £80 which I declined. My oral health is pretty good and as there is very little plaque my dentist at home would normally do this in with the price of a filling. The filling I had was what I would expect done in the UK - the previous composite was removed and re-etched then a new composite inserted using ultraviolet light to set the filling. Quick and painless. I asked to have my X-ray emailed to me which they did straight away and Heidi brought us back to the hotel and was even kind enough to drop us off at a pharmacy on the way back. I would definitely use this practice again. Clean and efficient and most of all informative every step of the way.

I have to admit that I was nervous picking a doctor without a personal recommendation. (I always want a personal recommendation when I find medical care.) But, I couldn’t have been happier with my experience. I was only able to go down for a week (and over New Year’s at that). I needed quite a bit of work done, and Dr. Peniche made it happen within my schedule. He called me personally to make sure that he had all the information he needed to have everything ordered and prepared for my short visit. When I arrived everything went like clockwork. Dr. Peniche explained everything to me (both Dr. Peniche and Erica, his assistant, speak English incredibly well) and went over my options. He only wanted to do the work that he could guarantee would be successful. (But, he was able to do everything that I wanted to do while I was there.) The work was done quickly and efficiently. The office is small but clean and super well equipped. I have to say that I was way more impressed with Dr. Peniche’s care than I was with the care I got in the States (which I had been happy with). We hadn’t left yet and were already planning a return visit just to have Dr. Peniche do the last bit of work I need. I know that we don’t know each other, but if you need a personal recommendation, here it is! You won’t regret making an appointment with Dr. Peniche.

This clinic has changed my smile completely. I am over the moon and highly recommend them. From the outset they have been amazing with communication, fantastic organisation and have offered beautiful accommodation. The team at Dentares are absolutely first class. They have made sure I am comfortable and looked after, they are true perfectionists my dentist was incredible and honestly I would only ever recommend this company! My husband is coming back this year for his teeth as he is so impressed with mine. I had a full set of zirconium crowns.
