I recently had the pleasure of experiencing a seamless journey from the airport to the hotel and to the clinic. The whole process went exceptionally smoothly, thanks to an amazing team who really went above and beyond. The level of helpfulness and friendliness of the team was remarkable. From the moment I arrived, I felt well taken care of. I was at the clinic for a dental implant (single stage) and I must say that the doctors demonstrated a high level of competence. Their expertise and professionalism was evident throughout the procedure. I am really pleased with the overall experience and positive outcome of the dental implant. Not enough stars for the guys at clinic prime from start to finish of my treatment I was in safe hands. I had an implant procedure done about 2 weeks ago and fingers crossed all going well. I walked in on Monday 5 September and I did all of my 24 teeth and I fly back to London on Friday 9 September. Doctors and welcoming- 10/10. Painless treatment. Elegant and professional. Having researched months prior and having had colleagues who went to other hospitals in Turkey for similar procedures my gut feeling was to go with Sam Patient services, purely due to the diligence and effort put into reassuring all my reservations and queries. I have never met such humble, honest and empathetic working professionals given that I come from medical background. The level of honesty and sincerity was out of this world. Care provided from the beginning of enquiry to day of discharge from; Gokmen his colleague my amazing Surgeon Dr Serhat Buldur and all the nurses including the cleaners, caterers, the VIP drivers with the smooth fast transition of transport to and from destinations which were already present and waiting on our arrival and the admin staff was impeccable and delivered at Gold Standard to say the least. I have already suggested multiple people from UK and I’ve only been back day!!!. That’s how happy I was with the level of service, care and honesty provided to me along my personal journey. May they be blessed to continue the hard work, commitment and care they provide for struggling individuals who commit to entrusting their lives, vulnerabilities, fears and emotions into the hands of such good noble and humble people.

Overall, it went well. My teeth are still healing, but I would imagine that it might take some time before I'm back to 100%. The procedure was quick and painless. The representative was very attentive and took care of scheduling and transportation in a very professional way. Overall, your staff were very nice and made me feel very comfortable. Here are a few suggestions you should consider to improve if you want to be a 5 star provider: 1. Please ask for any preexisting conditions that may make the operation risky before getting the patients to come for the operation. Asking these questions when the patient has traveled thousands of miles is very late. 2. Give the patients typed instructions about post op medication and care. Giving oral instructions is not good. 3. Please give detailed invoices with what procedure was done and on which teeth because some patients need to claim them for insurance. Simply writing "implant" is not enough. 4. For dental implants, follow up with dental post op emails, not hair transplant emails. 5. Please select nicer hotels. The hotel I was put in was at best a 2 star hotel, not a 5 star. The rooms reeked of cigarette smell. I would have gladly paid extra to be in a better hotel if that option was available. I hope you'll take my feedback as constructive suggestions and not criticism.

I was a bit anxious at first about getting an implant, however I was greeted by Oguz (Ozzy) who with a warm friendly greeting put me at ease and stayed with me to act as translator at the clinic and was always easy to contact. The hotel was clean, really nice and next to the clinic so it was only a minute to get there. The dental clinic was clean, airy and spacious. The X-ray machine was state-of-the-art along with the rest of the facility. The surgeon, Dr Boron explained the procedure and made sure I was fully aware of the procedure, all my questions were answered. He was very professional and friendly, even the injections didn't hurt! At the end of treatment, I was given all the medication I required and instructions from Oguz and even an icepack to help with swelling! The entire experience was better than expected and if you are considering dental treatment, I can highly recommend Dentapoint (Qunomedical). 1st class staff and facilities

Doctor Volkan carried out the tooth implant in a professional manner, and answered all my question quickly. Abutment and crown, I can have fitted anywhere, he said if I wanted to. Nice person to deal with. I recommend him and his work.

Everything were well organised including the transport. Batuhan was my international patient coordinator and he is very kind and caring. While I was staying at the hotel, he would come nearly every day and made sure I was doing alright. There were 2 lovely ladies (I am sorry I forgot their names) interpreted for me and accompanied me in and out all the hospital appointments. On the day of the surgery, both of them stayed with me all day until I woke up from the surgery. I really do appreciated them. My plastic surgeon is very informative and approachable. I am happy with the result.

Thanks to Aaron Peter and Antalya dental company I was diverted to Izmir dentist Cadde dental. Job they did is fantastic, visit the clinic twice, first they put in the implants and fix the front teeth, and the second time just finished. The result is stunning, I have 28 crowns,6 dental implants, bridges over them, a perfect smile, very happy, the staff is friendly very professional, every penny worth. l have paid hotel for treatment time and airport transfers,so for my understanding that is the best deal in the market so far. Can't thank them enough I was over the moon with what I got done. Oguzcan was with me all the way he couldn't do enough for me checking on me in the hospital at night to make sure if I needed anything. Very impressed with my new teeth, had 22 crowns fitted in February and I’m well chuffed. Was a little nervous but everything was spot on fair play.

I've left this review to give time for healing and ensure there were no problems. I had my treatment at the beginning of October. I needed my teeth fixed as they were in a poor way. I had composite bonding and three implants. The modelling was intensive and time consuming but the Dentist took pride and his time to ensure that my teeth were perfect. It took between 10 and 13 hours of work. The implants took an hour with two surgeons. So good was the work, I will return every six months for an examination as we would in Britain. I am looking for ongoing treatment with a trusted, experienced dental practice. This one fits the bill perfectly. Our NHS is shot, so now I am pleased to say that I shall have an ongoing relationship with Ozgur Yildrim. The team is small, personal and professional and I would have no hesitation but to recommend. They are trustworthy which is important when you are handing over large sums of cash. This is necessary if you want to avoid a massive 10% credit card charge. The equipment is modern and new. The Dentist is a teacher in his field and well qualified. Dear Tulay, the coordinator, is well adversed in English, truthful, supportive and extremely organised and dedicated. The team is small, friendly and personal. They go beyond their remit. No problems have manifested since the treatment and I look forward to having some additional implants and crowns placed in the next few months. We couldn’t be happier with the services and treatment we received from Dr Kubra and the team. We were feeling skeptical at first, but our worries were completely put aside when we arrived at the exceptionally clean clinic. We are very impressed with the technical equipment they have and also the friendly staff too. The treatments went very well, they know what they’re doing! My husband was need a lot of dental work done and dentists in Ireland and UK were wanting to extract his tooth. What a relief to find out that Dr Kubra was able to save the tooth with root canal and a crown - removing the need for a future implant. He also had an abscess in his tooth which had to be treated on. But Dr Kubra and the team were very cooperative and flexible with appointment times, to ensure all the work was completed before we went home. Would highly recommend their services.
