We learned of Prisma Dental through International Living during one of their conferences in Costa Rica. They gave a presentation and I spoke with one of their representatives at their table during the conference. My husband and I both needed dental work. His was going to be extremely expensive in the US, so we took the leap and made an appointment online with Luis at Prisma Dental and traveled back to Costa Rica. My husband was extremely apprehensive and wanted complete sedation, but Dr Nadine Rubinstein was so gentle that she was able to remove 13 tooth roots with just numbing. He had no pain during the procedure or that evening. By the next day they had his very natural looking dentures ready! He will be back in 6 months for implants. I needed bonding on my lower front teeth and a cracked back molar fixed. I, too, was apprehensive, but with a mild sedative, Dr. Carolina Nunez built up the back molar and bonded nine lower teeth - all painlessly. The next day, she permanently cemented the new back molar. One can't even tell I had any work done - each bonding is seamless. From arranging for the appointment with Luis to being incredibly kind when we walked in the front door - topped off with the terrific work they did, it was a great experience - and the cost was a fraction of what we would have paid in the US.
I arrived 20 minutes early due to my high pain level and they immediately started the appointment process. The front desk staff, Laura, was very kind and helpful in answering my questions. Dr Bayan gave me detailed information throughout the procedure and recommendations post-procedure. I will return for future dental care and highly recommend Magic Tooth Dentak!

I had an amazing service experience with Dental Aria, quick responses were received from Laura as my enquiry was time-sensitive (away on a short holiday in Bucharest), and they managed to see me in that short time(I sent my photos prior), provided quality service, fix my spaces between my tooth with composite bonding for a very affordable price within 45 mins or less (in time for me to get to the airport). Dr Monica and Dr Moises got me in quickly for a sudden root canal due to a cracked tooth and multiple cavities to be filled, all under anesthesia. They were able to get me taken care of quickly and near painless, they also did an excellent job cleaning up my teeth and at a great price. I was so afraid of any dentist, I haven’t been to a dentist in 25 years till I met Dr Martha. She did so many things to me,5 implants and a total of 24 crowns. She has so soft hands and is so sweet, I never expected this from any dentist. The price was also good. I now have a great smile and before I was afraid to open my mouth.

We visited the clinic first time in November 2021. My husband and I had our first treatment then, for myself I had an implant and some new crowns, and for my husband a new crown and some fillings.
