I can't say enough about these folks. On-time, within budget, excellent service and I have the best teeth I could ever ask for!! The cost was very reasonable, the experience was the best it could be and I am so happy with my new teeth, I just can't stop smiling!!! The process was easy, too. Jumped on a plane, and there was a driver waiting for me at the airport (on a Sunday!) who took me to my hotel. Monday I was in the chair, and by Friday I had fantastic teeth. I had lots of time available to explore Costa Rica. All in all, this was a fantastic process, I would recommend Prisma Dental to any one, even my Mom! :)

I just went last week and it was a very good experience. I had 4 Veneers done and they came out beautiful. I will be returning for the 1 Crown I still need. Everyone in the office speaks English, was very helpful and willing to go the extra mile if you need directions or a place to eat nearby. Services superb. All interventions, from implants to different corrections were done by the highest professional standards. I was not an easy patient, but Dr Bassim and his staff did everything possible to make it in the best possible way. He managed to calm me down and helped me deal with my fears. In this long term process, each stage was explained properly so I am indeed very grateful for all the work done.

In March of last year, I contacted Dr. Ismail desperate & almost hopeless, he asked me to pay him a visit for a check up & to discuss a treatment plan, prices etc, as I was on a budget. I paid him a visit, discussed our options & immediately began my treatment. That day was the beginning of an incredibly successful treatment. I was missing several teeth & my case was quite complicated. I researched my situation & I knew I needed a highly skillful Dentist to make my treatment a success. Alhamdulila & thanks to Dr. Ismail, today I am with a full set of teeth (dental implants), & most importantly, NOT A SINGLE complication occurred. I had two crowns put in last year (2022), and there were no problems with the crowns. I came back this year and had another crown put in. I like that they now use a 3D system for making the crown. It was a perfect fit without the dentist making adjustments to the crown. They had it within 24 hours. The efficiency of the 3D system not only saved me time but also ensured a precise and comfortable fit for the crown. The dental clinic's commitment to adopting advanced technology has definitely earned my trust and loyalty.

Excellent dentist. Dr Luis Grisollia was efficient and made me a beautiful porcelain crown matching my teeth perfectly. His office although in a very busy area of Guatemala City is prime location and perfectly clean and modern. International standards, I recommend to anybody. Very good overall service.

This clinic is excellent. I have experience with visiting dentists in many countries. The office was conveniently located a very short walk from the pedestrian border crossing and a staff member met me to show me the way. From the first phone call to walking out the door after my first visit, I was treated with kindness and respect. All of the staff were pleasant, helpful and bilingual. I did not feel rushed. Dr. Chavez was thoughtful, honest, and clear in his explanations for my treatment plan taking the time to make sure I understood the procedures and the pros and cons. The office and treatment rooms were immaculate utilizing the most modern equipment and the doctor and staff followed strict hygiene protocols. I had minor procedures, a cleaning, filling and diagnostic x-rays, and will follow up with more extensive procedures. TIP: If you are walking across the border and have global entry/ SENTRI, don’t forget your card. Walking back is a little tricky. I finally asked someone who looked like they knew. Stay to the left of the main line and continue to walk to the border gates. The locals expect this and most importantly there are NO signs to guide you. Border crossings are all a little different and that’s how it’s done at Nogales.

We were on holiday in Croatia when a crown came undone. I looked online to find the dentist with the best reviews close to us and I walked into this clinic. To my surprise, I could be seen straight away. The crown was put back in. Very happy with the quick treatment.

Dr Mario is awesome! He educates, take care of his clients, and executes flawlessly. He is a true specialist and craftsman and does phenomenal work! I just finished my work with him and I have to say he did AMAZING! He is a MASTER at what he does in dentistry! He goes above and beyond and yet takes the time to make you feel comfortable and consistently asks questions to ensure you are on the same page as him! I received 12 crowns in total, plus gum surgery, and deep cleaning with him. All of which were done flawlessly! Thanks Dr. Mario for everything!

I had severe pain in my tooth the day I arrived in Rome from Barcelona. I tried to work through it but wasn’t able to sleep. At 6:00am I looked for a dentist nearby and saw that Dr. Maltese had good reviews and happened to be 600m away. He emailed me back at around 7am for an appointment at 12:30. He did several tests, and imaging, and confirmed that I needed a root canal (which I expected). He then conducted a 3D map of the tooth to confirm the treatment procedure. The entire process was very pleasant and he was incredibly thorough, helpful, and skilled. Within an hour of my root canal I had no pain and could eat easily. It’s been almost a week and still no pain. I can’t recommend Dr. Maltese enough.
