The best dentist experience I've had so far! When I made the appointment, the lady who took the call proactively checked my eligibility for a government subsidy that resulted in me getting a checkup for free and a heavy discount on cleaning. Brilliant and patient-focused service! The appointment itself was also amazing, really gentle and the Dr. explained all the steps of the procedure which really put me at ease. It was clear throughout that number 1 priority was my well being and not money, as I was also advised against an invasive operation another dentist (back in Germany) had previously recommended and which turned out to not be medically beneficial at all at this point. I can only recommend this dentist!

I went for midline diastema closure treatment. The doctor made me understand all the procedures and then I choose fillings. So he described all the pros and cons of that. After my service getting done he kept on touch over call for the post-treatment response. I am very happy to get treatment from such experienced humble doctor. Also, the clinic was taking care of all hygiene at the time of COVID-19.

I can express how awesome my visit went for my root canal. I don't like anything dealing with dental work, but this experience was the best by far. They were ready for me and the visit was very efficient. They gave me very honest advice on what I should consider getting done to my smile. Overall this was an amazing and comfortable experience.

I was visiting Florence, from America. We took a Vespa tour outside the city and I skidded on rocks and smashed my face on the road breaking two of my front teeth. I contacted Dr Floria that afternoon. He emailed me right back asked me for a photo of the teeth and said he could see me the following day at 9 am. He had come in on his day off and took care of me without an assistant. He was wonderful. I was leaving Florence for Rome the following day so the plan we made was a temporary one to get me home. I was happy with the result and am able to enjoy the rest of my trip. I am so grateful I found Dr Floria and would highly recommend him.

I came to this dentist after having had multiple mixed experiences elsewhere. I was instantly at ease at how kind the staff at the front desk were. This was followed through in the treatment room where everything was explained thoroughly and nothing was rushed. I wasn’t made to feel like just another customer. The personal care was also the best I have experienced! I write this review to recommend others if you’re looking for a new dental practice. I look forward to returning for my follow-up. My family and I have been patients at The Dental Studio for some years now and have always been more than satisfied with the care provided, but after my last few visits to see your hygienist, Emma Fletcher, I felt I really had to say something to let you know how very impressed I have been on each occasion I have met and been treated by Emma. As a layman I found Emma's diagnoses and advice so simple to understand and extremely informative, as for the treatment itself I can only say that I am the owner of some rather old and sensitive teeth and Emma is simply the best hygienist I have ever been to, caring, thoughtful, professional whilst light of touch and, the treatment is working already!!
