I came to see Thomas because for a number of years I have had low self esteem and poor motivation. Thomas did a very thorough assessment and told me I had a form of depression called dysthymia. He offered me a course of talking therapy (cognitive behaviour therapy). The experience from assessment all the way to the end of treatment was fantastic. Thomas made me feel very comfortable in each session. He help me find out why I was feeling this way. He also helped me realise that I had lots of positive qualities which I never knew. I also learned to question and answer back to my negative thoughts. By the end of my treatment I felt so good about myself and felt motivated with a spring in my step.
