The plan will be for you to meet regularly with your therapist - usually once a week - to talk and work though the issues that are troubling you. You can come for counselling sessions here at our centre in Levent, or you can talk to one of our therapists in your own home, at a time that suits you, using our e-therapy service. Online therapy is available via Skype or Facetime, and is especially convenient if you live abroad or outside Istanbul.
