Psychotherapy & Psychoanalysis - in person or online - for adults, children, couples and families in Levent, Istanbul

We offer thoughtful, expert, affordable therapy to alleviate all kinds of emotional distress. We think therapy should make you feel safe, comfortable and free to talk about whatever's on your mind. 

The first thing you'll receive when you visit our centre is a friendly welcome. The plan will be for you to meet regularly with your therapist - usually once a week - to talk and work though the issues that are troubling you. 

You can come for counselling sessions here at our centre in Levent, or you can talk to one of our therapists in your own home, at a time that suits you, using our e-therapy service. Online therapy is available via Skype or Facetime, and is especially convenient if you live abroad or outside Istanbul. Many of our clients opt for e-therapy because they work long hours. Psychotherapy is about what works for you. 

We offer many different forms of Psychotherapy and Counselling at our centre. Child therapy, couples therapy, family therapy, one to one therapy, and a pioneering treatment for trauma known as EMDR are just some of them. We can help people suffering from anxiety,depression, relationship problems, panic attacks, post-traumatic stress and arange of other issues.

We specialise in psychoanalytic therapy because we know it offers real, lasting results. When we're unhappy, we often feel confused and 'stuck'. Our aim is to help you unravel the reasons for your distress, and to free you from destructive patterns of thought and behaviour that don't serve you. It's to help you develop a better understanding of yourself, your relationships and the way you view the world.
