I am a qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist working in Co Wicklow. My approach to Psychotherapy is primarily Humanistic and Integrative, drawing on a range of models with clients, to facilitate a space to explore a deeper understanding of thoughts, feelings and behaviours that may impact on emotional, physical and mental wellbeing.    I place a high level of importance on the therapeutic relationship and provide a non-judgmental, confidential space where clients can feel comfortable exploring their difficulties.  I have experience working with clients who are presenting with the following issues; Anger, Abuse, Addiction, Anxiety, ASD, Bereavement, Childhood Trauma, Depression, Low Self Esteem and Relationship Difficulties.
