It’s the best Chiropractor treatment I have had! The price is amazing and the time you get is outstanding compared to where I used to go. John is very knowledgeable as well as an expert in what he does. He is extremely approachable and makes you feel at ease right away. I had pulled/strained some back muscles and had problems walking. I was also in considerable pain but after a few treatments, I was back to normal. Thank you, John! I will be referring you to anyone who needs a chiropractor for sure!

Our highly trained, specialist physiotherapists can act as your primary provider of physiotherapy services whilst you wait for NHS input or we can work alongside the NHS therapy teams. You can self-refer to us and do not require a GP referral. You may have been discharged from NHS teams and may want further input, a review or advice on ongoing management programmes and all of our staff would be happy to offer a holistic assessment and discuss all treatment options with you. Assessment and treatment can be at our friendly clinic in Rawdon, Leeds, in your own home, Nursing home or residential setting or school. Please contact the clinic to discuss the most appropriate assessment/treatment options. Fees are calculated on treatment time, travel and report writing. All fees will be discussed prior to an appointment. We work with major insurance companies as well as some of the more local groups such as Simply Health and can discuss how this works with you at your enquiry. Our staff are also experienced working with Case Managers and medico-legal referrals. I am a really active person and a lot of my gym routine involves lifting weights. I severely damaged the ligaments in my ankle on May 19 (trampolining of all things) and was really worried it was going to mean I wouldn't be able to lift weights or go running as much or for as long as I would want to move forward. Paul assured me that this wouldn't be the case if we consistently worked on mobility and I did the exercises that he gave me. I was back on my feet and walking normally in a much shorter period than expected and I was able to progress my lifting and go running with no problems at all within 6 months. I still do the exercises/stretches Paul gave me to do before working out as when I don't I do feel the tightness in my ankle. Paul was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, he was really reassuring of my worries that I would forever have a 'weak ankle' which is absolutely not the case.
