Pilates West Yorkshire

I am a really active person and a lot of my gym routine involves lifting weights. I severely damaged the ligaments in my ankle on May 19 (trampolining of all things) and was really worried it was going to mean I wouldn't be able to lift weights or go running as much or for as long as I would want to move forward. Paul assured me that this wouldn't be the case if we consistently worked on mobility and I did the exercises that he gave me. I was back on my feet and walking normally in a much shorter period than expected and I was able to progress my lifting and go running with no problems at all within 6 months. I still do the exercises/stretches Paul gave me to do before working out as when I don't I do feel the tightness in my ankle. Paul was amazing and made me feel so comfortable, he was really reassuring of my worries that I would forever have a 'weak ankle' which is absolutely not the case.

In the initial visit, Ian sorts out a recurring injury which had plagued me for over a decade. None of the other numbers of physios I'd seen during that time was able to l do that. I have been running problem-free ever since. I thoroughly endorse Elite Physio and recommend Ian to everyone.

I was given information and explanations and advice which gave me a lot of confidence in my on-going treatment. I felt included and listened to during my assessment today and the treatment I had certainly hit the spot! I would definitely recommend Walnut Tree Physiotherapy Centre. I chose this clinic after reading good reviews on-line. It is not my nearest clinic, but the journey is worthwhile. First impressions were good...pleasant surroundings, a friendly and efficient receptionist and good facilities.
