GK Physiotherapy and Pilates

At Gk physio we use electrotherapy to aid the healing process of your injury and help with pain relief

Exercise therapy is important to get the stiff injured joints mobile again and strengthen the surrounding musculature, addressing any underlying muscle imbalances to prevent recurrance of the problem.

We are a friendly Physiotherapy clinic, specializing in the treatment of all types of musculoskeletal problems such as neck and back pain, sports injuries, arthritis, and post operative rehabilitation. 

We also have a Bobath Physiotherapist who specializes in the treatment of all neurological conditions such as Strokes, M.S, Parkinson's and Cerebral palsy. 

We hold small group Pilates classes throughout the week day and eves catering for beginners, intermediate, and post/ante-natal. 1 to 1 and 2 to 1 classes are also available to suit you. 

We cater for all post operative proceedures such as knee and hip replacements, ACL rehabilitaion, shoulder repairs and fractures. We have gym space to facilitate strengthening and functional rehabilitation.
