I saw Joe following a fall, which caused nerve damage to the left side of my face, as well as fracturing my left wrist. I was quite nervous as it was my first visit to see an osteopath, and I said to Joe, ‘I need some magic’ as I was in such discomfort Joe immediately put me at ease and was very kind, gentle and listened carefully to my concerns. Following several treatments that involved both head, neck and hand massage, I now ‘have my head back’, and the hand is greatly improved in both strength and flexibility. Joe has certainly created magic with his skilled and expert touch and big heart. I shall be forever grateful.

After a year of back problems that started to impede me in everyday life and were so bad I was unable to garden any more, I was referred to one of the physios, Mukul Kaushik. He assessed and quickly diagnosed the cause and over the next few weeks different treatments were applied at consultations and I carried out the suggested exercise regimen at home. I cannot express my appreciation now that I no longer have the pain. I can work in my garden again. He has literally given me back the things I'd missed that had lowered my outlook on life. I have been treated by James Rousseau for various issues over the past twenty years - Back problems and plantar faciitis. But I only see James when I am in pain. He calmly deals with my 'end of the world' position, "Will I ever walk again? Do I need to buy a wheelchair?" Then he just focuses on my problem. I have recently completed a course of treatment for a long-standing calf problem.
