PurePhysio

Evans Business Centre, 1 Michaelson Square, Kirkton Road South, Livingston, EH54 7DP
Rating from 9 Reviews Treatment was superbBill, Bathgate, 18 Mar 15

Was recommended to me by a friend. Been using Purephysio at both Armadale and Bathgate, easy to arrange appointments and seen very quickly. Treatment was superb and I'm now back playing golf. Easy to get to just at the High school in Armadale and also at Centrex House in Livingston, both good parking. Very professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally clean they have done wonders for my knee and I'm back playing golf again, delighted and thank you for everything. Expert service and reasonably priced. No hesitation in recommending.

Physioflex at Xcite - Livingston Leisure Centre

Almondvale Parkway, Livingston, EH54 6QT
Rating from 11 Reviews These exercises will do me the world of goodAnonymous, UK, 24 Aug 17

I had my first consultation with Stuart today at Livingston. Post Op 15 weeks Hip Replacement I'm 43 years young. Good chat and assessment with a set of exercises to take away that will really test my issue areas. Prior to visit felt a little lost on rehab but after today feeling very positive and think these exercises will do me the world of good. All very difficult just now but given time I realise what results I can get is #justamazing. Excellent. Taken on time, nice cool clean room and plenty space to chat and do exercises as required.

Daniel Wilson Sports Injury Management

New Logic House, Kirkton South Road, Livingston, EH54 7DE
Rating from 1 Review Would definitely recommend, UK, 25 Mar 15

Ice Massage Daniel Wilson Sports Injury Management is a fantastic clinic. You don't need to have a sporting injury to use the service, I first came to have an ice massage on my back, neck and shoulders after a car accident. The ice massage reduced both the pain and swelling straight away. Since then I have been receiving treatment on a hip injury I sustained playing rugby. I felt immediately better after the treatments and now my hip now feels better than ever. The service provided is first class at an excellent price and the massage room is lovely and relaxing. I would definitely recommend Daniel Wilson Sports Injury Management to anyone.

Sports Massage
30 Minutes £25
The prime purpose of sports massage therapy is to help alleviate the stress and tension which builds up in the body’s soft tissues during physical activity. Where minor injuries and lesions occur, due to overexertion and/or overuse, massage can break them down quickly and effectively. Above all, it can help prevent those niggling injuries that so often get in the way of performance and achievement, whether one is an athlete, ardent keep-fitter or a once a week jogger. This treatment is not just for the sports person: anyone can benefit from sports massage, including people in physically demanding jobs and those not quite so obvious (occupational, emotional and postural stress may produce many similar characteristics to sports injuries). Sports massage tends to be deeper and more intense. It is based on the various elements of Swedish and Deep-Tissue massages and often incorporates a combination of other techniques involving stretching, compression, friction, toning, and trigger point response techniques similar to Acupressure and Shiatsu.

Linlithgow Physiotherapy

Rating from 2 Reviews Gently manipulated my knee and backJane, Bathgate, 12 Apr 16

Thorough consultation about my particular problem which was very reassuring. Therapist answered any questions I had. She engaged in general conversation which also put me at ease. The premises were clean and welcoming. I felt comfortable with my treatment which was both verbal and hands on. The therapist gently manipulated my knee and back. We then discussed exercises which I could do at home to strengthen my knee but also what I should avoid doing.

Rating from 3 Reviews Everything went wellAnonymous, South Africa, 18 Dec 17

I had a physiotherapy session at this clinic. I probably chose them for convenience because it’s closeby. I believe I got quality for my money. I use this clinic regularly for other treatments and I think it’s situated in a lovely building. I was charged the same price I found online, and I returned for one follow-up after the treatment. Everything went well.
