I find them to be really good communicators, informative, helpful and friendlySarah, UK, 13 11 19

I have been using Physioflex for some time now and because of this, I am feeling optimistic that I will be able to continue my work as a gardener for longer even though I am well past retirement age. I find them to be really good communicators, informative, helpful and friendly. I have serious back and hip issues and it is very important to me to be kept as physically fit as possible with good, consistent physio, exercise and advice. This is exactly what I get at Physioflex. I have a first-rate physio in Majka and she has done wonders for me. The exercises and massage are just right for me and I intend to continue going even if my pain levels subside.

Expert treatment - I thoroughly recommend this friendly and professional serviceLouise, UK, 16 09 24

I had a very positive experience with Leona Cunningham who quickly found the problem was not my hip joint but was muscular. Then she treated the area and showed me how to fix it with clear directions and help with exercises. Expert treatment - I thoroughly recommend this friendly and professional service. 🤩

This will give me confidence for the future so that I can resume hill walkingMrs, UK, 21 05 21

An examination was made of my ankle recovering from a fracture last year. I was looking for an assessment of its current strength and mobility. The Physio has given me exercises for strengthening the ankle area and this will give me confidence for the future so that I can resume hill walking. I chose this Physiotherapist after a recommendation and was impressed with their professionalism.

I had a problem with my right leg after a half hip replacement. It was very painful and I had to walk on my tiptoe as I couldn't put my whole foot on the ground. I was given some exercises, which I did regularly and now I am walking without any pain. I received excellent treatment and can recommend JW Sports Clinic.

The system was very efficient and I would recommend the serviceFiona, UK, 23 04 22

I was treated for lower back muscle spasms and a previously undiagnosed Bakers cyst behind my knee. There were 3 sessions and I was impressed by the physio and her approach. The system was very efficient and I would recommend the service. The only downside is the price. Many people would struggle to pay the fees, especially for longer-term treatment. The NHS can't cope with the demand but should perhaps subsidise some private treatment to prevent chronic conditions.

Highly recommendedJames, UK, 31 05 24

I have been working with Marina after my left knee gave way suddenly about 6 months ago. She has been terrific. I got a clear diagnostic assessment and a focused treatment plan that has been refined as I improved. I was really impressed that the treatment was clearly focused on what I was trying to achieve. It has paid off - am now back to dancing classes and long hill walks. Highly recommended.
