Miss Clare Pettigrew
Job Title: Physiotherapist
After graduating from the Robert Gordon University with a degree in Physiotherapy in 1998 Clare worked in both NHS and Private settings gaining a wealth of experience assessing and treating patients with a wide variety of conditions.
She has extensive experience working with individual athletes and teams in several sports from amateur to professional and high performance levels and has a thorough knowledge of the issues associated with the management of acute injuries through to long-term rehabilitation and return to sport.
Clare holds post graduate certificates in Spinal Manual Therapy and Acupuncture, has a post graduate Diploma in Orthopaedic Medicine and is a member of the Society of Orthopaedic Medicine. She has worked as a Clinical Educator and Clinical Tutor for Robert Gordon University helping to shape the future generations of Physiotherapy practitioners. She regularly lectures – including to GPs on the NHS Education for Scotland Musculoskeletal Medicine courses.
