Biography:
Darren is a former international swimmer, representing Great Britain at the World and European Championships on numerous occasions. After retiring from sport Darren studied Physiotherapy at Northumbria University and graduated with a first class honours degree. He began his career in the NHS, where he worked for over 2 years, building his general practise skills in a variety of specialist areas, including musculoskeltetal, orthopaedics and pre and post operative rehabilitation, in addition to the neurology and respiratory medicine departments.

Biography:
Jane holds a BA (HONS) and Foundation Degree in Complementary Therapy. She is an experienced complementary therapist specialising in massage, reflexology and Indian head massage. Jane has worked with a wide range of clients, young and old, who bear testament to her expertise through their ongoing repeat custom

Biography:
Laura Wigg is a qualified nutritionist having achieved Bachelor of Science first class honours degree in Food Science and Nutrition at Northumbria University. She has over 7 years experience working within South Tyneside NHS Primary Care Trust as a Health and Lifestyle Advisor, specialising in weight management and behaviour change.
