About JL PhysioFit

JL PhysioFit Ltd is a purpose-built Physiotherapy and Sports Injury Clinic and Pilates Studio based in Ponteland close to Newcastle upon Tyne.

We know how important it is both physically and mentally to keep doing all the things you love to do; we are here to make sure you achieve this. 

We offer physiotherapy and rehab programmes that are tailored to your specific problems and requirements.

Whether your problem is pain, stiffness, weakness; we can help.

You can rest assured you are in safe hands with our highly skilled and professional clinicians.

We also offer Massage and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Screening along with Physio Led Pilates classes.

Our Pilates classes can be taken either in our fully equipped Studio or online via Zoom. 

Our clinic has disabled access and on site parking.

We boast a light airy reception area where our friendly helpful receptionists are waiting to welcome you.

I am back to normal

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I hobbled into treatment with Rob after suffering and being diagnosed with supremely agonising sciatica for 6 months. Because of a fear of worsening my condition, I had stopped exercising. Rob listened to me, tested my lower body strength and showed me some introductory exercises to undertake at home. Over the course of 6 sessions, these exercises intensified. He also, in each session, undertook some deep sports massage to try and unknot my muscles, which had seized up because of lack of use. The most significant thing that Rob did for me was give me total confidence in my ability to exercise without ill effects. This proved to be true, and within 3 sessions I was almost back to my former self. At the end of the course of 6 sessions, I am back to normal.
