Feeling great and relieved

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

My husband mark has quite a physical job and being an ex miner has also had many a bump involving his back over the years unfortunately it all came to a head before Xmas last year, he went to the doctors as he was in so much pain and discomfort and was sent for an immediate x-ray. He was told to rest up for a week and they would send him for physiotherapy. That was all that happened no appointment ever came through. I don't want to berate the NHS but for someone who never normally goes to the doctors it was quite dis- heartening ,so I had a look on line for a local physio and came across the Three Spires Clinic they were very helpful and even came out at a weekend. They gave mark some treatment and exercises to do and today mark is feeling great and relieved that someone took his back problems seriously even explaining why he had the problem in the first place. We want to thank them very much for their help and are very pleased to recommend the clinic to anyone who asks. Thankyou three Spires Mark and Ellen Clay.

A relief and will carry on doing exercises each day they do not encroach on my daily routine and I can now do my job with a lot more ease after all the advice given by the clinic.

Would definitely recommend.

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £50

My husband had a car crash and we were waiting for the insurance company to sort out his physiotherapy. They seemed to be taking a while so we had one session with Three Spires. We were given great advice and excercises to do and the gentleman who came to our home gave my husband a shoulder and neck massage.
Think it was money well spent to get this treatment whilst the insurance company got their act together.

Would definitely recommend.

overall experience was excellent and would definitely use again

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: £50

I'd been suffering with an ongoing elbow problem which was beginning to effect my hobby which is climbing. I heard about Three Spires via my local climbing wall and as I have specific expectations of what I need my elbow to do knowing that Dave is a climber gave me huge peace of mind. Regarding the treatment/diagnosis Dave was quickly able to tell me the problem was actually with my bicep and the associated tendon as opposed to the elbow itself. He then went through a range of do's and don't's and a set of exercises to help manage the problem. He went to great lengths to emphasise the importance of the amount of weight I would need to stimulate the tendon and how to actual do the exercise properly. He also steered me away from some bad training practices that I was pursuing that were almost certainly adding to the problem.

The overall experience was excellent and would definitely use Three Spires again (but hopefully I won't need to) and would recommend them to friends and also to anyone who is house bound or would prefer to be treated in their own home. As for my injury, it's fairly early days but I have noticed that I'm suffering less discomfort and the bicep doesn't feel as tired so fingers crossed.

After two operations I am walking again

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I had an accident & fractured & dislocated my ankle. I was not allowed to walk on it for 23 weeks, when the time came I could do nothing & the NHS physio was going to be at least 4 weeks. Finding this physio on line contacted him he came to the house,
Dave worked out a program of exercises to enable me to start weight bearing. This has continued, proving very good value for money, if needed he is at the end of the phone or email for help and advice.

I chose this clinic because I could not get out of the house at this point to visit a physiotherapist. I have found Dave to be very professional, hardworking, patient & friendly. It is eighteen months on and I am walking again after two more operations which Dave was there for with help and advice and exercises were required, you could find no better than Dave Pinnington.
