I heard about the clinic accidentally and decided to try. I was not disappointed Dr. Christian and his whole team received me as a family. He gave me the time to get there when I could. He offered me and my child affordable prices. Especially health without any medicine and without operations. I strongly recommend that everyone go to the doctor Christian because he could cure many of diseases of this days, without drugs that do more harm than good speaking from my own experience.

Anticipating a hip replacement and needing to lose weight. I was given an appointment with a physio Dotty at the clinic for whom I coincidentally happened to receive a personal recommendation. At about the same time from another person, I had met at the Langton pool who had seen her himself regarding his rehab after a knee operation and speaks highly of her. Dotty helped me prepare mentally and physically for the operation. She has made special arrangements for me to be part of a beginners Pilates class which she runs so that I could start exercising appropriately from about a week after the operation. Dotty has used manipulation, massage to make walking easier and help the process of healing. Dotty acutely observes, assesses gait, has made recommendations about exercising in a swimming pool and on an exercise bike. My experience with everybody at the clinic has been marvellous. Including the receptionist Mash who took my original call and advised me in the first instance how Dotty would be able to help on diet. In fact, I have lost a stone but Dotty has not focused on weight loss specifically only increasing mobility, awareness and fitness by means of Pilates.

I have been under the care of this highly professional, caring, genuine and honorable team for over a decade. I have always found suitable times to get adjusted and last minute changes have never presented a problem for the admin team. They are so helpful and genuinely caring and I forget that I am a customer. I feel like part of the family! The deep tissue massages by highly trained and knowledgeable staff are not always pleasant - but the result certainly are!! No more pain and increased flexibility in movement. I have always had reliable information and advise on what I can do to stay healthy. I can recommend the 8WW programme. You will never find a more dedicated and non judgmental team anywhere in the country. This is the best all round care package you will ever find. Yes, it takes your input and you may need to change some of your habits, but you it will seem like a detail once you see the results. I have the best attendance at work and can count on one hand the DAYS I have been off sick in the past decade. Chiropractic adjustments, healthy eating, regular exercise and massage at Hope will give you the quality of life that I enjoy.
