Having qualified as a Physiotherapist from the University of Ulster in 2009, I am committed to providing a quality service to enhance each client's health. I am focused on the importance of a holistic approach to health and wellbeing, by listening to and focusing on a client's individual problem, I can devise a treatment protocol consisting of manual therapy and exercises. With the goal of easing pain, improving movement patterns and preventing re-occurrence of the injury, to ensure a return to normal daily activities as quickly as possible. Treatment may involve a combination of Mobilisation, Manipulation, Massage, Myofascial/Trigger point release, Acupuncture or Sports Tapping, providing pain relief, restoring range of movement and enhancing flexibility for a wide range of conditions. I am a qualified Pilates instructor with experience of providing safe progressive rehabilitation programmes throughout the treatment process, allowing the client to be at the centre of condition management, improving long term health, increasing client awareness and helping to prevent re-occurrence of the injury/problem.
