I am receiving physical therapy at Ayka Life Regabilitation Center. Before I came here, I had tremors in my body. My balance was very disturbed, I was constantly afraid of falling, but now my tremors have decreased a lot, my balance is improving more and more every day. I regained my self-confidence.

As a teacher who has lived in Germany for 43 years, I must say that the physical therapy I received here is not different from the one in Germany, I can even say that it is very attentive and self-sacrificing. They make me feel at home here.

My wife had been bedridden for 2.5 years. However, she had severe pain. During that period, my wife dropped from 88 kilos to 57 kilos, and she had many different complaints. She has neurological problems. Although many treatments were tried, her condition did not change significantly and it got worse day by day. We wanted to try this place on recommendation. This is a place intertwined with nature in the forest, far from the hospital environment. The physical therapist here set up a treatment program. A neurological and physio rehabilitation program was applied to my wife for about two months. My wife, who couldn't even move her fingers, started to use her arms and move her legs now, her pain has eased a lot and her face is smiling now. Our treatment process is still going on. We are very pleased here. We thank our physiotherapists, our doctors and all the staff.

I have been having treatment since 2 months in Ayka Life Physiotherapy and rehabilitation center. I have been wearing a corset for a long time due to the scoliosis and my muscles were realy weak. I was warned that İ cant get operated on, as the surgery might cause a stroke. So just the physiotherapy is suitable for me. I came to Ayka Life upon recommendation. The doctors and physical therapists have been working with me individually, we started with the check up and doctor prescribed daily electrotherapy (24 days), accompanied with a light sport therapy, my condition got better and I have continued with manual therapy, I could use my legs and arms to bulild up muscles. Step by step my muscles built up strength and eventually I stopped wearing a supportive corset.

Thanks to the diet specialist I also could adjust my diet to keep up my weight. In the evenings I dont have pain in my legs and generally I am became more mobile. I definitely see and feel the tremendous change in my physical condition. My discomfort and pain reduced so that I can walk and exercise freely.
