I found this to be an excellent form of rehabilitation with very knowledgeable instruction

5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation

I've been attending Physio South East for 9 months at their Reformer Pilates classes to help my recovery after an injury. I found this to be an excellent form of rehabilitation with very knowledgeable instruction. My mobility and general strength have improved immensely. I highly recommend Physio South East.

They also send you videos of exercises to do at home which is brilliant

4.5 50 Physiotherapist Consultation • Paid: €60

Was quite nervous for my first visit.Week 8 after breaking my wrist, plate and screws. Shonagh put me at my ease straight away, lovely girl. Treatment was great, bit sore at times but well worth it. I have had my second treatment and am booked in for third. They also send you videos of exercises to do at home which is brilliant. Felt very comfortable with C19 precautions.

Would recommend them with no hesitation.Very good value. Chose this clinic initially because I was waiting on an appt with the hospital, am still waiting. So glad I chose Castlebridge Physio. They are bases in town at the mo.

BACK CARE

The two physio's I dealt with are very generous with their time. You do need to put in a bit of work yourself though, so not the clinic for you if you aren't prepared to do this!! I did two physio sessions and then went to a back care class for five weeks. Very happy with results!

Pilates

Excellent facilities, have used through Marathon recovery, pre/post natal, core muscle strength. Yes I could do these classes at home, but I know I push myself a lot more with once a week Pilate Class. Enjoyable, with results :)

Ms Louise Armstrong - Physiotherapist at Physio South East

Ms Louise Armstrong

Job Title:
  Physiotherapist
Biography:
Graduated from University College Dublin in 1998. Her experience in Paediatric Physiotherapy began in Enable Ireland in 1999 and she took up a Senior Paediatric post in Co. Wexford in 2001. During this time Louise has liaised with leading experts in Paediatrics at Our Lady's Childrens Hospital Crumlin, The Children's University Hospital, Temple St., and Central Remedial Clinic, keeping up-to-date in her knowledge of current best practice for children. Her vast experience with Paediatric conditions varies from diagnosed conditions such as Developmental Delay,Cerebral Palsy, Spina Bifida, Juvenile Arthritis, Down's Syndrome and Dyspraxia to more subtle problems such as flat feet, intoeing, hypermobility and clumsiness. Louise has supplemented her paediatric knowledge over the years with courses in Sensory Integration and Myofascial Release. She uses both as part of physiotherapy treatment and has found Myofascial Release techniques to be a gentle yet effective way of dealing with other common paediatric complaints, such as constipation, colic and reflux. She recognises the need for a different approach to physiotherapy with children, and her therapy sessions are play-based, making the experience fun and practical for both children and parents. Having three children herself, Louise has first-hand experience of how busy life is for parents, and she tries to integrate their home programme into their normal day, thereby maximising their potential for improvement.
