All treatments consist of both therapies and use up to date techniques. Simon's practice is based on knowledge and understanding of bringing the body into balance.Set up own clinic in Galway for 8 years now in Wexford Town.  For 3 1/2years he has work closely with the ISHSKO centre in Westport with chronic issues, Fibromialgia, Chronic Fatigue, General Missalignments, postural tension and trauma, TMJ Dysfunction. Sports therapist for Kilmaine GAA Mayo. The first treatment always consists of a full body treatment and can take 1.hr 20mins. Detailed history will be take and recommendations on exercise nutrition and treatments will be given.  Included into the clinic is far infrared saunas therapy which is used to speed up recovery times from injury and detoxification from heavy metal or other chemical toxicity and increases recovery time from injury..
