Had a muscle injury due to being stupid picking up and maneuvering heavy material and had it so for about a month. I don’t work out and my posture could do “with me addressing it”. The first thing that Mairead noticed was my posture. After Mairead’s session, I had the best sleep of my entire life. No pain, and when I woke up I was amazed by how fresh I felt. I wanted to do everything and I was full of energy. The company I work for should take note. I could not be in better form, to be completely productive and happy at it because of sleep and being comfortable and completely pain-free. If you visit Mairead which I highly recommend that you do. Be prepared for a girl whose extremely chatty and fun to be around but certainly knows what she’s doing. I Highly recommend Mairead Keely and normally I wouldn’t bother doing this. She deserves her professionalism which she delivers to be recognized as above and beyond what I thought possible.
